I’ve been working with John for around 4 months now and since the start it has been non stop, he gives you exactly what you’re putting in, after feeling quite low about myself John sat me down and tailored out a programme for me and 4 months on the difference mentally and physically is unbelievable I couldn’t reccomend him enough!

Worked with John for just over 6 months now and with in that time dropped 17kg and done a photoshoot. I couldn’t have done it with out him. From meal plans training plans weekly check ins and just being an all round good guy he coached me through it all. A complete physical and mental change.
Couldn’t recommend John enough.

Very rewarding, if you put the time and effort in your receive it back of jimmy! Knows what he is talking about and helps out with any questions you have! He has helped me massively with my outcome and my mindset towards myself and to not think about what anyone else thinks! Unreal coach! Definitely recommend 👊🏻💪🏻

Went to John back in April 2024 as wanted a structure to my training and get me to where I wanted to be, from the get go John was on it, he tailored my plan to suit me and with my goals in mind, He has been excellent from the start and a year later he’s still here, making me accountable now as much as he did from the get go, pushing me to smash current goals and then setting new ones with the same outcome to smash it.

Before starting with John I was feeling pretty low within myself. Over the past 4 months i have made huge changes mentally and physically. He is a top tier coach and honestly a class person as well. Anyone looking to make a change should definitely reach out and get started.
