Worse than useless!

I first contacted CPR at the beginning of July. I'm still waiting (week before Christmas) for a date when the work will start - or will it?

From the start all the promises were not kept, emails were not replied to and every excuse was used for the complete lack of communication. I was blamed for pushing the date backwards because I was waiting for answers to questions I had asked on the quote (the answers never arrived so I had to hope when I accepted the quote).

So as it stands CPR has left two pensioners with a hole in their roof for just on 6 months - always promising to get to us. I can only assume they have kept us as a filler job if any spare time arose from the work they do on house building sites.

Why couldn't they just be honest and say they were too busy? That way I could have hopefully got someone in to do the work so avoiding a trip into the attic every time it rains!
