Absolute Charlatans

We bought a garden table and 10 garden chairs from this company. Within 2 weeks of using the chairs they all started to fall apart. The wood split, the arms came away and the legs were very wobbly. There were no wooden dowels to connect the pieces of wood so it was clear that they would come apart. Despite contacting the company on several occasions they haven't even had the courtesy to reply. The table has now started to come apart and we've had to put some strong bolts in it to keep it standing. We paid a total of £2,370 on these items which are absolutely not fit for purpose.
