Bad Quality, Bad returning policie
Bad Quality. The size of the Hoodie does not fit despite checking the size guide. Even after asking, I was not allowed to send the sweater back. I know, that often in online Shops sizes doesn fit, but that the returing policie at Costbcn is that bad, i'm really upsed and will never shop there anything again.

Bad quality and really small sizes
I ordered a sweatshirt that came in a REALLY small size (I ordered a XL and I cannot even put it on) and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I am claiming for a refund and nobody help me out with it. Btw the quality is really bad even coming from China…

It has taken more than a month for the product to arrive It is disproportionate the sleeves are short about 10 cm.
If you think you are buying a Spanish product, it is wrong, it is a product made in China.
