We couldn’t be happier with our experience building with Coastline Homes in Geographe (Settlers Beach Estate). From the very beginning, we dealt directly with Kevin, the builder himself, throughout the design, costing and selections process. He was never pushy or “salesy”, which made us feel comfortable straight away — and having direct access to his knowledge and straightforward advice was such a huge advantage.

Our block has a tricky shape with odd angles, but Kevin took all our ideas and priorities and designed the perfect home for us. Once construction began, we mainly worked with our site supervisor Caillin, who was also fantastic — always easy to contact and happy to meet us on site at short notice whenever needed.

We also have to mention Helen, who managed all the admin and invoicing side of things. She was so organised, prompt in communication, and always happy to answer any question — no matter how small or silly it may have seemed! Her professionalism and friendliness made the whole process even smoother.

The build was completed ahead of schedule, even quicker than estimated, and much faster than what we’d heard from other builders. This meant we were able to break our lease early and save months of rent.

Handover was seamless, with both Kevin and Caillin present to go through everything in detail. Their attention to detail and pride in their work truly show in the finished product — our new home is everything we hoped for and more. It honestly feels surreal to finally be living in our dream home.

Coastline Homes have excelled in delivering us our "Dream Home" in Geographe.

Through all the stages of dealing with Coastline we have been most impressed with their attitude, helpfulness, attention to detail and honesty.

From the initial discussions on what we considered to be our main "must haves" through the iterative design process, Kevin provided great guidance to contain cost and maximise our design ideas.

On to the finalisation of design, organising all the red tape (permits etc), and sourcing preferred and excellent tradespeople, everything went smoothly. This was all during the post Covid building boom here in the SouthWest. Sourcing quality tradespeople was reflected in the excellent finishes to all areas of our home.

We had regular site visits and walkthroughs with Kevin and his team. These were very valuable to us as first timers. Kevin would keep us up to date with progress and reassurances as to matters we had questions about before things were finished. We were always eager to see progress and move in....but, as we found out, various stages do require minimal waiting periods before the next stage can commence.

Our home was built on time, on budget and is truly wonderful. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
