and they claimed they shipped it and it was delivered which it was not but thanks to PayPal I got back my money. They also email you and try to go back and forth with you that they will refund you 50% then 60% and so on. They are big scammers

The day they said my order was delivered all I got were two packs of masks that I did not order and they took $78 from my account. It is a complete scam a total rip-off I contacted Better Business Bureau I hope they put an end to this.

Don't use this company

Ordered an oscilloscope and paid $65 for it. Waited almost a month for the order. What we received was 10 face masks instead. I called the phone number listed but it is not in service. I have sent an email, no response. Now I am going through my credit card company. My advice is NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.

The company is a scam operation

The company is a scam operation. I ordered electronic test gear from them - it never showed up. When I disputed the charge with my credit card provider, they initially reversed the charge, but after investigating, they were convinced by CoateLn that the charge was legitimate. I am still pursuing this, but so far I'm out $79.

Stay away.

UPDATE - about six weeks later... After a more in-depth investigation, my credit card provider has agreed that the charge was fraudulent. I'm happy to say that I've been made whole. The old adage applies: If it seems too good to be true... (you know the rest).

I have since bought, and am now the happy owner, of the Siglent Arbitrary Waveform Generator. I purchased it on Amazon for $333 - MUCH better value for money :-)
