I ordered merchandise over a month ago and I’ve been trying to find out why I haven’t received my order. All I get is a run around being passed back and forth between their so called experts. It’s come down to I’m out my money and the merchandise.
People wonder why I can’t trust anyone
Orderd before Christmas, paid for delivery insurance and a "tip", have yet to receive package to this date and they allegedly sent a second package out. Google needs to block that site. Total SCAM, lost money to order and lost even more money for the random charges to my debit card i didnt make. Yes, there was fraudulent activity the same night i ordered. I have numerous emails with customer and their link to a bogus tracking site. Customer service talks in circles. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am reporting them to ftc
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered on the 7th of the month, it is now the 25th. Advertises goods in 3-7 days. Tracking never updates, just says your order is in transit, please wait patiently. I have been patient long enough. Do not use this company!!
Sent goods I did NOT order because the item I ordered was out of stock. Their explanation was: “the item was SIMILAR to what I ordered.” I sent the totally different item back and was only refunded half of what I paid. Smh
