Refund Issued - Deceptive Charges

Update: I've had a full refund issued

Deceptive Charges: Beware

I was told by a Cobblestone attendant that I'd be charged a one-time $21 fee for a yearly special. I even confirmed this twice with him. But I've since been charged $21 every month.
This was not what I agreed to, and it's incredibly misleading. I’ve requested a refund and cancellation.
Check your bank statements and don’t trust their verbal claims without something in writing.
