This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM! I ordered in December, NO PILLOW and they refuse to even answer me or refund my money. The worst part is they are preying on people like me who are in great pain.

This a garbage product and a garbage company

Shipping took forever. Almost a month in transit. When the items came, they were UTTER GARBAGE!!! Flimsy, uncomfortable and cheap feeling overall. Their "100 Night Guarantee" leaves you responsible for the return as well as a 15% restocking fee. Even though it claims to be a USA company, it is Chinese garbage, and comes from China. Had my bank cancel the transaction, hopefully these shysters will be out of business soon.

Bought a pillow with 4 pillow cases Dec 12, 2024. Never received the items..got scammed out of $100.. its feb 3rd, 2025 today...they were in great communication with me until I asked for a refund since I haven't received my products. Now they won't reply back after me asking for a refund. Don't waste your time and money..all they're saying is that the items are lost.

I returned the pillow to get a refund. The package has been sitting at the post office PO box for over 15 days. I am expecting the package to be returned to me, because the USPS will only hold it for 15 days. I will not get a refund and had to pay additional shipping costs for nothing.

Complete Scam- STAY AWAY

Pillow ordered on December 16 2024, "shipped and cleared customs December 28" Tracking states picked up by local carrier and has not updated since Jan 1st. Emailed company several times with same excuses... factory issue, shipping company issue, even once said I didn't pay that is why the shipment was stopped.... when I emailed again and showed prof of purchase the reply became... oh sorry, it is a shipping issue let us look into it........
Requested refund or have order shipped express and no response for over 2 weeks now.

Scam Company

Ordered December 27, 2024--It is February 2, 2025 and still no delivery. Company is very slow to respond to emails and all they say is that it is the shipping companies fault and they are sorry. They will not offer any refund, even though the items still have not even been shipped--just a label created--on December 29! This company is a total SCAM. Do not order

Update: It is now February 16 and still no delivery--company now will not respond to email. I will be contacting American Express to report fraud.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam - wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a pillow in December and no delivery or company initiated correspondence has been made almost 2 months later. I wrote them a few weeks ago and got a reply saying they would follow up w their shipping dept and get back to me within 72 hours so had some hope. Of course, nothing has since been done or replied to, so will dispute the charge now that I see this is a common theme.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

There should be an option of giving 0 stars when writing a review!!! I have the same problem like most of the folks who wrote a review. Placed an order on 12/19/2024 - never received my order. The link for their "support team" listed on their website does not work. The tracking information is fake. Nothing but a big old SCAM!!!! I am in the process of filing a complaint with my credit card company and hope to get my money back. I purchased via Paypal and thank goodness since 12/19 no fraudulent activity showed up on my credit card account but I am requesting a new card just in case.

Really sad

Really sad. Ordered a pillow in November but no progress yet. IG should remove their advertising as it looks like it's yet another Chinese scam. Avoid this business.

Update: February 5. Pillow finally came. Let it air out outside for 4 days. Still smelled like chemicals. Wife did not like the smell or the way it felt. Gave it to Goodwill. Expensive mistake. No bueno.

CoBio Pillow Company Is A Scam

I placed an order for a pillow 41 days ago. The tracking link that they sent to me says that the pillow has not moved since 1/1, which means that it has not moved once since I have contacted them asking its whereabouts, and that it has sat in the same place for a month. They say that I cannot get a refund until I receive the pillow, but despite whatever efforts they say that they have gone to, the pillow still has not gotten any closer to arriving.
So, according to their logic, they will not issue me a refund until the pillow arrives, and at this point, since it has not moved in nearly a month, it seems that it will never arrive, meaning that I will not get either the pillow or my money back.
At this point, I will be filing a complaint with Shop.com and other unsuspecting potential customers deserve to know that CoBio is a scam.

Stay away. JUNK

Received 2 pillows on 1/13/25. Both pillows were in a sealed bag, and pillows very compressed. Was hoping they would expand and take shape and actually fill up the pillow case. But that never happened.
So after emailed them, they quickly said sorry and said they would ship replacement. Waited a week, nothing, emailed, no response. After 2-3 more emails, i started a dispute with my CC company and told them.
Then they respond saying they dont offer prepaid return shipping and emailed a link to their return policy.
This company is just a scam.
COMPLETE JUNK.

Scam, stay away from this company

I really wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before making my purchase. I placed my order in November, but the pillow never arrived. When I reached out to customer service, I received no response until I mentioned that I would involve my bank to dispute the charge. Eventually, the pillow arrived in late January, but I was so disappointed to find it was flat and looked nothing like the one they advertised. I attempted to contact them again for a refund, but once more, I received no response . If you're hoping to get your money back, I recommend contacting your bank, as it seems you won't hear from them otherwise. Totally a scam, I don’t understand how the website how so many positive reviews! Stay away from this company!

Refund never came.

Unlike many others here, I actually received the pillow. It specified being a pillow that worked well for side or stomach sleepers. Turned out to be the most uncomfortable pillow I've ever put my head on.

To return the pillow, i followed every last one to their return instructions --to the T.
No refund came through. And my USPS tracking# informed me the pillow arrived and has been sitting Out their designated return address now for over two weeks. All of this I informed to cobio. At that point they completely stopped communicating with me.
