Worst customer service I have experienced. You can't communicate with these people. You could write a whole paragraph and ask multiple questions and they still manage to write back with just one short sentence with not more than 5 words. It's like they don't even want to be helpful and sell their products.

Quality is what i was expecting, really decent for the price. Looks great, sounds great even with db killer (not too quiet, not too loud, just perfect)

I recently received the crash bars and I was very disappointed with the non existence of proper installation instructions and the finish on the bars themselves. All I received was a list of what was delivered, written in German not English which was absolutely useless to me. There was no installation instructions giving step by step instructions on how to fit in any language, but did provide a short video (useless) in Japanese!!!
The product itself while functional, had a poor finish where bolts were silver instead of black or had no domed covers to disguise the bolts giving it a Frankenstein esk look, not the desired finish.

Announcing they have stock from things they don’t, so you pay your pieces and then after two weeks on intense mail sent to ask where is the order, they are finally telling you that they don’t have information for my order pieces meaning they don’t have it in stock I suppose, then when you ask a refund, they make you a credit note of the same amount you’ve spend what the heck ? They don’t have what I need and they expect to keep my money hostage ? I filled a complaint with PayPal to request my refund

Well the exhaust arrived in two weeks which is reasonable, but the final looks is veru much different in compared their advertised pictures, which is why I’m not happy but it looks decent... After I put it on the bike it sounds so loud it’s annoying as hell. Even I ordered ultra quiet dB killer for 60€ extra. It’s a pity that the seller write all in German language so the communication is a whack. After next month we finally managed the situation so they sent me dB killer which not so quiet but okay... I’m not about to ever order from this shop but maybe they are better in person and not as online shop.

If you like email answers with 3 word sentences back you should go into this company and do buisness there
otherwise stay away from them
They take order from you but promise to much
Money refund was gladly possible
