While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Cobrief is an AI-powered tender management platform that helps businesses find, evaluate and respond to public procurement opportunities. The platform covers the full bidding workflow — from tender discovery and automated notifications to AI-assisted proposal writing and price sheet filling. Cobrief monitors public tenders published on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), Doffin (Norway), Udbud (Denmark) and other national procurement databases across the Nordics and Europe. Users receive real-time notifications of relevant opportunities via email or Slack, filtered by industry, CPV codes and keywords. The platform's AI reads and analyzes complete tender documents, extracting key requirements, qualification criteria, deadlines and evaluation weights onto a single structured page. Every AI-generated claim links directly to its source in the original documents. Based on this analysis, bid teams can make faster go/no-go decisions and generate first drafts of proposal responses up to 80% faster than manual writing. Additional features include automated price sheet filling, CV matching for competency-based tenders, competitor analysis and market insights based on 10 years of historical procurement data. Cobrief is used by over 2,000 companies ranging from small businesses to large enterprises such as Knowit, Randstad, Hafslund, Oda, Lyreco, Tietoevry and Compass Group. The platform serves the Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish and German public procurement markets. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Cobrief is founder-owned, ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. All customer data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA, encrypted in transit and at rest, and AI models are never trained on customer data. Cobrief won Virke's Innovation Award in 2025.
