We would like to clarify that the document provided is a CdS (data sheet), which is the product ordered and delivered correctly. At no point do we claim to issue an official manufacturer Certificate of Conformity (COC), as these can only be issued by the vehicle manufacturer.

The nature of the document is specified during the ordering process, and many customers successfully use our documents for registration procedures across different countries. However, acceptance can vary depending on the local authority and specific case, which is beyond our control.

As stated in our terms, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every registration office, and for this reason, refunds cannot be issued once the document has been delivered correctly.

Acceptance of the CdS does not depend on us, but on the specific authority handling the registration. In many cases, including Norway, the document is accepted without issues. However, requirements can vary depending on:

the specific vehicle,

whether it is EU or non-EU origin,

and the individual office reviewing the application.

For this reason, we always recommend verifying in advance with the local authority and, if needed, requesting a sample document before ordering.

first of all, we sincerely apologize for the delay and for the frustration this situation has caused you.

We understand your concern, especially after having selected the express option and seeing the order remain in “processing” status longer than expected.

To clarify:

Our standard issuing time is up to 5 working days.

In most cases we meet this timeframe.

However, during periods of high order volume or when additional internal checks are required, processing times may extend slightly.

Express service prioritizes the order in our workflow, but it does not eliminate all possible delays, especially during peak periods.

That said, your order has been reviewed and is scheduled for completion by tomorrow at the latest. You will receive the confirmation email as soon as the document is finalized.

Regarding communication: we regret that you did not receive timely replies. There have been temporary delays in handling emails due to increased workload, but this does not reflect a lack of legitimacy or transparency on our side. We are a registered company and process a large number of orders daily across multiple countries.

We truly value every customer, and your feedback helps us improve our service.

we’re sorry to read about your dissatisfaction, but we would like to clarify the situation in a transparent and factual way.

First of all, COCEurope does not hide what it offers. On our website, in multiple sections (including the homepage, product pages, FAQs and policy pages), it is clearly and explicitly stated that we do NOT issue manufacturer Certificates of Conformity (COC).
What we provide is an independent technical data sheet (CdS), prepared specifically for the vehicle VIN, containing its technical characteristics.

👉 An original COC can only be issued by the vehicle manufacturer or its official representative. This is a legal fact, not a business choice.

Regarding the usefulness of the document:
In many cases, our CdS is accepted by registration authorities across Europe. In other cases, it is not. Acceptance does not depend on us, but on:

the specific authority,

the country,

the local office,

and the individual registration procedure.

For this reason, we always recommend asking for a sample first if there is any doubt. We provide samples on request precisely to allow customers to verify acceptance before purchasing.

Calling this a “deception” or “fraud” is therefore incorrect:

the nature of the document is clearly explained before purchase,

the product delivered corresponds exactly to what is described,

and the limits of acceptance are openly stated.

We understand the frustration when a document is not accepted by an authority, but this does not mean the service was misrepresented or dishonest. Many professional dealers and repeat customers across Europe use our service regularly without issues.
