EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF MEMBER
I ordered from DoorDash Website. 1/28/2021
I noted in the special box to put green chili on the side on all 4 orders had chili on top, I also noted no hash browns, to substitute rice, I did not get rice, just hash browns, I called the restaurant on Holly Ave NE, spoke to the manager, he was nice at first and went to check my order, stated he saw the note for green chili on the side, but the Kitchen didn't pay attention and said the breakfast items do not sub the hash browns. I tried to say there was a special box to note preferences, he cut me off, raised his voice and talking fast. I said don't cut me off I was talking, then he got louder, said have a nice day and HUNG UP. I called back, he answered again, I said it's you, he said, you know what ma'am, I didn't answer the phone for you to yell at me and cuss me out. I raised my voice then to let me talk, I did not curse at all, he kept talking over me and HUNG UP again. I will NOT order from Cocina Azul again.
I called DoorDash, the Customer Service Representative was very respectful and apologized, I asked him to have someone come and pickup all this food including 2 drinks and take it back to Cocina Azul, that I didn't want any of it. The representative stated there's no way to have a Dasher pickup the order, not enough Dashers, he noted the Incident to my account. He also issued a full refund ($60.98) and a $20.00 DoorDash credit to account since I am a Loyal customer. I have never had and issue with Dashers or DoorDash CSR's.
