Another 48 hours have passed and despite a number of reminders we still have no refund

Apalling servive
Paid deposit for a puppy then asked for additional money. No video evidence of the puppy was provided even though we asked for numerous times. The same puppy was also promised to someone else. Still waiting for our deposit refund a week after requesting it.
Update. Still no deposit money another 12 hours later.
