I ordered a protein Easter egg. It arrived all smashed up in the box. I tried contacting the company to arrange a replacement or refund and they never replied. Buy at your own risk!!

Ordered the protein Dubai chocolate bars off their website over two weeks ago and never received them, sent queries to three different company emails and received no response. Avoid!

Bought two advent calendars back in November and still haven’t received them. Contacted them after 10 days to inform them we hadn’t received and no reply. I have chased numerous times since but all emails have gone unanswered. Having bought Easter eggs and advent calendars off this company for the last 4 years this is really disappointing.

I ordered an advent calendar back in October and I have heard nothing since. Sent many many emails but no one has replied. £15 lost!!!! Do not order from this company as website is still receiving money off people and not sending goods

This company's products are fantastic! I have been buying my "naughty" treats here for a long time now and the best thing is they aren't really that "naughty". The prices are fair and delivery is always prompt. What's not to love...

My son asked for this Easter egg as a healthier alternative. I was a little worried after ordering and reading some reviews. I needn’t have worried. The communication was excellent, the Easter egg arrived and my son loves it. Tastes great. Delighted with the company and highly recommend. Will definitely order from them again.

I placed an order for an protein easter egg on 21st March. It is now 16th April and although they continue to sell them on their website which also states they were despatched two days ago, I've received nothing. I have had no updates at all and emails are ignored so sadly I feel I have lost my money.
Update: The egg finally arrived on the day before Easter Sunday and luckily I was at home to receive it. I never got a single update from this company so by then I'd gone out and made an emergency purchase for the person this is for. In the end it took almost a month for the order to be honoured. It is with a heavy heart that I ever write a bad review about a small company as I do my utmost to support small independent businesses, but I won't be ordering from this place again, it's too stressful.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and despite stating 2-6 days for delivery, no order received. Several emails sent and no response.

If I could give a zero star I would. Warning to others...Do not purchase. Despite contacting and also through PayPal, no response to anything. Even PayPal have chased them to reply....but guess what NOTHING.
