After reading some mixed reviews, I decided to give the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask a go. I have been using the products for over a month now, it has not helped me with my hair at all. My hair is frizzier than it normally is, scalp feels so dry n itchy and the hair fall has gone to the next level. I will discontinue using these products and I am so disappointed for the all monies I spent to buy the bundle. Honestly, steer well clear of their product if you don't want to damage your hair further.

I ordered my first bottle of Coco & Even Sunny Honey late February 2022. The first time I tried to use it in late August, the pump would not work.
I contacted Coco & Eve, explained what had happened - took videos and showed them how much was in their bottle etc.
Their response was: Sunny Honey's shelf-life is 36 months But once Sunny Honey is opened, it will last for 6 months and we do not recommend using it after 6 months. We checked on your order CE142496AU and it shows you ordered on February 24, 2022, and is beyond our 30 days replacement period.

I asked them for a replacement pump. They said they didn't have replacement pumps. And offered, as a gesture of goodwill, to send me another bottle.

In good faith, I have ordered from them after this replacement.

Sadly one of my co workers went to use hers for the first time and her pump failed. Coco & Even said they were not able assist her due to her not having a receipt.

I really think it is time that Coco & Eve kept replacement pumps.

I’ve been ordering tan products for a while now without issue. My last pump bottle stopped pumping so I thought I’d ask. The attempted pickup and return method isn’t the best option but I received a replacement tan and I’m more than happy with the service I received.
I will order again as I love the products.

Made my hair feel like straw! I’ve never had hair products that did this to my hair! I couldn’t style it, it was a huge frizzy mess and made so much of my hair fall out, after washing and using a budget shampoo and conditioner, my hair is back to being soft and silky. It’s gone straight in the bin!

While I do like the hair mask and they all smell really nice but that’s where it ends, the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair like straw. I’ve had better results from supermarket brands at far less cost. I’ve persevered and have almost finished the bottles thinking it would improve with use but no. I have below shoulder length foiled hair and it is done every 8 weeks. Such a shame and I can’t justify the cost at all. I won’t purchase again.

I bought the sunny honey tanning kit. It did not do what as promoted. Stained clothing, streaked, and smelled like self tanner. The mitt is okay not the best material or ease of use with this product. The brush is fairly nice just a typical brush really nothing fancy or special about it. I used the product 4 times so far and it just doesn’t meet my standard for self tanner. I will not purchase this again. I would not recommend this product. The use young goes to promote the products and it doesn’t show the effects on older skin. This is a problem for everyone. The should be more transparent and use many age groups.

I placed an order and did not receive the shampoo and conditioner set with my order. I emailed customer support and was told that it can be shipped or I can get a refund. It took over two weeks to get my order I do not have the time to wait for another two to three weeks to wait to get the shampoo and conditioner set. I said to customer support that I want a refund for the shampoo and conditioner set. Now customer support is saying they need pictures of items I received. I do not have a problem with sending pictures. In my honest opinion requesting a customer to send pictures is just indirectly accusing them of lying. I will never be ordering from this company. Poor customer service! I would give it zero stars but if I could!

I have been using coco and eve hair products for sometime now, over a year, all of these products are a pleasure to use, my hair loves them, also i have messaged them with questions regarding certain products and they have replied promptly, i do agree with some other reviews that the bottles are small for the price, the pre shampoo bottle is very small for the money, i also would like the shampoo and conditioner to be in pump bottles, i feel pump bottles are easier to get the product out, also larger bottles would be nice, i love every single one of their hair products and use them all in my routine, the smell i love❤🙂Emma Partridge

I’ve been a once a week tanner for as long as I can remember and ran out of trusty old Bella Bronza bottle so I went to my local Priceline and came across this tan.

I purchased the dark tan, the smell at first wasn’t pleasant and then I found it to be the most horrible smell for the next few days, the tan definitely has an orange tint to it and whilst I go very lightly on my face and moisture before and immediately after, it still stuck to it way to much. I am on day four now and it has just started to go a little flakey and patchy.

It’s not the worst tan I’ve had, but I don’t think I would buy again as it’s by far the most expensive per bottle.

I've been wanting to try Coco and Eve for a long time now but never made the jump. I finally decided it was time to start taking good care of my hair and I have to say that it's the healthiest it has ever been. I am not a fan of the smell, and I am also disappointed with how much it cost vs. how much product you get. The bottles are pretty small. I would repurchase because I feel like it's made a huge impact on my hair, but it's just so pricey for such a small bottle.

Really like this product but won’t buy again due to poor pump/packaging.
I got this a few months ago and have used it about 5 times total. When the pump worked, I really loved this product. I haven’t traveled or dropped the bottle or damaged it, but it’s completely stopped pumping out foam. The pump no longer works, and it’s a huge waste since the bottle is nearly full. When I try to pump it, the liquid tanner gurgles up around the edges of the pump and squirts everywhere. This is most likely an issue with their packaging since there are several reviews here that complain of the same issue.

Would love to rate this better but it needs a complete package upgrade.

, and I sent the faulty bottle back to them. So far the replacement has worked great! Thank you for your high quality customer service.

I purchased the ultra dark tan and I can honestly say it is by far the best tan I’ve ever used! It smells incredible it washes off nice and doesn’t go patchy over time and even looks like a natural tan even after a couple of days! Will definitely be purchasing again!

The products are awesome! And customer service is excellent.

The hair products smell awesome. I'm happy with my silky smooth hair after following the recommended usage. I also noticed that the free hair wrap was missing from my order. Their customer service was quick to reply and was efficient enough to send it separately.

What the hell is this?
These products were my last hope or 15cm went off.
I left the mask on for 5 hours, rinsed out and blow-dried. My hair has recovered tremendously, and this is only the first treatment! I am extremely happy, I have tried so many things. Coco & eve do what they promise!!!

For your information, my hair: curly, is bleached and very thin.

I have tried Coco and Eve shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. After spending so much money for it even with a discount bundle (70£ instead of 115 I think) I was expecting more quantity and more results. It keeps hair soft for longer, yeah, but nothing justifies the price. Plus, the smell it's not great either to be entirely honest. There are a lot cheaper products from other brands that do a better or similar job to this, I will not buy again.

DO NOT BUY it has PERMENANTLY stained my face! I now have three ugly brown marks on my face forever. They also have serious issues with the bottles. The pump breaks and ends up staining everything and whatever you do DO NOT PACK IT to go abroad. It exploded in my suitcase and stained everything. It leaked through a SEALED bag. And before you ask Yes I used the product EXACTLY as stated and have never had a stain from fake tan before and I've used tan forever. The WORST PART is the customer service. the WORST WORST service I have ever encountered. Just send the same generic email over and over, claim to call you when they don't. STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company.

Have been using coco and Eve now for several years and it's the only tan I use.
My skin litterally flares up with eczema from other tans nasty ingredients but absolutely loves the coco and Eve tanning foam as it is natural
The smell of the product is also an extra bonus😍
Will continue using Coco and Eve as it is my favourite tanning range 💕
