Never received my order 10090 and emails to sales not answered.

My package was never delivered and they won't return my emails. Never said who was delivering package. No call back number. Their tracking company said it wasn't their problem. I've ordered from another chinese company and had no problems. This one changed my mind, never again.

Absolutely love it. Came in personalised bag. Wrapped in tissue. With little stars and love hearts. Doll is so cute

I was really pleased with this order. It was shipped very quickly and packaged really nicely and well. The items themselves were lovely and the little personalised name tags were of good quality. Would definitely use this company again.

Absolutely beautiful packaging and environmentally friendly too which is a plus! Everything came wrapped up all neat and well protected, postage wasn't cheap but the items themselves are such a good price I think it was well worth it overall, especially for personalisation. I got two hooks for the wall in my little boys room, one of which I'd had my eye on in eBay for a while, but Coco Creates was actually cheaper, had a matching theme one, and personalised it for me.
Can't recommend highly enough, will be shopping here again for sure.
Only negative I found the website slightly difficult to navigate (android phone using Google chrome), but wouldn't put me off now I know how lovely the products are and how great the customer service is.

Ordered a customised item for a friend - delivered directly to them, which meant I had to trust in the quality without seeing it for myself.

Delivery was reasonably quick, and sent with package tracking links.

Friend's reaction was priceless, and definitely worth it. The customized message was done well, and had the desired effect.

The shop has a bespoke section which meant that Chloe (business owner) worked closely with me to design something based on some ideas I provided to her. She then spent time to design something for me and engrave it onto a product I wanted. It really is amazing!

The products I ordered arrived in really good time and are amazingly and beautifully packaged. This company definitely pays attention to detail! I will be ordering again from here!
