Ordered an Advent calendar in October 2021. Received a confirmation acknowledging full payment. Received a series of emails tracing the progress of the order. Last email said "delivered on November 10, 2021 via USPS."
No package received at the residential shipping address. Emailed cocoddy. Asked for a delivery receipt or proof of signature for delivery OR complete refund. Customer service replied via email, "wait a few more days. Check with your letter carrier. If it doesn't arrive, we will issue a refund."
WAITED. NOTHING. emailed request for refund again. NOTHING. Now it is mid-December 2021. Waste of time and money. Got scammed.

I placed an order in October 2021 for a Christmas present and when I tracked the package it says it was delivered but it was not. I have surveillance cameras at my house and the item was never delivered. I have tried contacting the company several times with no response. Total SCAM!!!

Ordered 3 Christmas Wreaths and never received them a total of over $90 what a horrible company and to help ruin Christmas they need to be brought to your States Consumer Offices

SCAM. Ordered a $50 4-cylinder engine kit, for adults, as advertised. Received one piece of plastic in the shape of the engine....weighing about 10 ounces and about 3 inches square. It was painted by probably a 1st grader. It has made for a lot of holiday laughs about how ridiculous it was. Don't even think about buying from this company.....a total fraud.

I ordered a garage door mural and they gave me a tracking number. In a couple of weeks, I received a notice that the item was delivered. I wrote the company (their email address) and informed them the item was not delivered. They told me that I should wait 1to3 days and if it wasn't received they would reship or refund my money to the account it was paid from. I waited and still did not receive the item and then asked for a refund. After this last email, they never responded again..

complete scam, don't buy any product from their website. they give you a fake tracking number but never received the product or refund the money.

Product never arrived. First email was answered promptly and then no more communication again. B

Very disappointed. It was a total scam. I should have read the reviews first. Will never do this again.

Scam, seeking refund from PayPal!!!

Same experience as others. SCAM! Ordered Advent Calendar, they sent "tracking info" saying it was delivered. Never delivered. Be VERY skeptical of Facebook ads -- especially with low prices.

complete scam. I place an order on 11/08/21 and i was following they track number and last update was on 11/30/21 that package was dropped at home, never get that package today is 11/03/21, try to contact support and never get an answer about it.

Ordered a Bourbon Advent Calendar. Their tracking says it was delivered last month. Never arrived until today. I got the package and instead of the described item, it contained 3 empty bottles and some plastic trinkets. I filed a complaint with PayPal and a refund request.

Scammer site. I should have checked deeper before placing order. Ordered a bottle of Bourbin, the 8th of Nov, says it was delivered on the 23rd of Nov. Still have not received. Going to file with VISA

Okay, I was suckered too! I ordered the garage Christmas murals (2) and have not received them. I tried contacting the company and “radio silence “. Should have checked this site first. I have filed a claim with PayPal. Hopefully I will get my money back. At $44 each, I should have known it was too good to be true.

I ordered a Bourbon and Whiskey Advent calendar back on Nov 3rd - They say they delivered it on Nov 19th.

No stars! Complete scam. I also ordered the whiskey advent calendar. The website looked EU-based, until the order confirmation came through. Of course, nothing was delivered, despite the false tracking information.

This doesn't even deserve one star. Trust me it deserves none and they should be banned from any advertising of ANY KIND, ANYWHERE! Just like other reviews here, I ordered the mini finger piano and never received anything. Emailed about my order and was told to allow a few more days. I emailed back that I still have not received anything with no response. I am disputing charges because this company is a fraud and doesn't deserve ANYONES money!
