I have had some very positive…with CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had some very positive interactions with customer service. When I placed my order I accidentally forgot to change my mailing address and by the time I realized it my package had already shipped. I checked the other address the night after my package was delivered but; of course, it wasn't there. They are sending me another package! (To the correct address) I can't wait for it to come. I highly recommend them!

Very impressed

My daughter loved the ring that I ordered for her. I had an issue with sizing which was totally my fault and they helped me fix it the same day. I was very impressed with this company putting customers first! I am a first time customer but definitely not a last! Shipping was also very quick!

Order arrived quickly. Ring was a little small so contacted customer service with a quick response. They offered to send new ring no problem. Great company with really good customer service.

Great customer service

Great customer service. From when placing order to receiving my rings. When I received my rings I had. Size issue with one and I sent a message and got a response right away and taken care of no questions asked. I will be definitely purchasing again.

For the longest time I kept seeing ads…

For the longest time I kept seeing ads for this product and I finally couldn’t resist anymore. I bought the ring and got it within a week. The quality is great! The only problem I had was I got the wrong size as I hadn’t tried on a ring for that finger I got it for in yeeeeaaaarrrss. I quickly emailed them and asked if I could return it. I got a reply within 12 hours and they said they would kindly ship out the correct size for me without having to return the original one purchased. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I ordered a size 7 daisy ring for my daughter, but ,unfortunately it was too small. I requested to exchange for a bigger size and they told me they would send a bigger size free of charge and to keep the ring that I had already ordered . I would definitely order from this company again in the future :)

Amazing Quality

I bought a ring for a friend and the quality was great! The ring is beautiful and she loves it!
Unfortunately, it was too big. I contacted them. The customer service response time was very fast! They were willing to make things right for me, even though it wasn’t their fault.

I ordered two morse code bracelets and…

I ordered two morse code bracelets and only received one. After I was asked to provide a picture of received bracelet and it’s packaging , I did so and - I was told the other half of my order would be expediently sent. I am still waiting. The bracelet received is defective and you are not able to adjust strings to open and put on. I requested via email to return three times and finally was told by Sarah, to return - providing picture and tracking back to company at my own expense. I even requested a manager to review our email thread. Request was ignored. This is unacceptable. The entire exchange was unprofessional and mishandled. Buyer beware.

Customer service needs to be improved

Customer service needs to be improved. I received my order,2 rings, both faulty. Asked to send photos which I promptly did and hey ho not heard anything back from them not even an acknowledgment to my email. Their reply back when I first complained was very prompt, which led me to believe they are very efficient, how wrong was I. Still waiting to hear from them with a full refund, or correct replacements. I bought the rings for Mother’s Day in the UK, which will be missed now due to their lack of follow through. The goods are not fit for purpose…
So after lovecoco jewely read my review, their reply, was they had not received my email showing the photos of the wrong and broken rings. I have emailed with the photos. What a surprise, a delaying tactic if ever I saw one, plus the reply email address was a different one to the first email address!!! Scam company
