In my 5 days coding challenge, I extremely enjoyed the learning materials and assignments. It was well organised short learning platform to know one's understanding label and encourage learners to pursue further.

Personally, it was fruitful journey for me and it really helped me to understand my own knowledge and skills and give me much confidence to think further about the subject in the near future. I'm really glad to attend 5 days coding challenge and recieved the certificate which shows I can code and design if I wanna do.

Fantastic challenge, I discovered my potential in coding. The teaching was excellent, clear and easy to follow if you have an in interest in coding.

I am really happy with the courses provided by them however it was not easy. If you persevere you can succeed.

Harrison was great with communication and explanations. The tutorial videos were very helpful for the coding challenge.

With over 20 years of experience in IT, I had never tried coding before—it always felt like a heavy idea in my mind. But thanks to this course, you made it feel easy and approachable. Now, I’m confidently stepping into the world of coding, ready to become a code writer and app/web developer! After completing the course, I installed VS Code and I’m getting ready to start my journey.

I recently signed up for the 5day Coding Challenge with Code Institute and I'm glad to have completed the course successfully with a certificate.

The tutorial videos and illustrations were very concise, informative and enabled me to know what to do at every stage of the course.

I would recommend Code Institute to anyone who aims at a career in Tech but has zero experience in Coding.

Accessible and well laid out. Good introduction to HTML, CSS and Java. Heard detailed information I did not get with other "no experience necessary" coding courses. Would have been nice to go into more detail at times but I suppose that's what the paid service is for.

I have to be honest and say that I actually enjoyed the course. It had the visual aspect, the try your code and see if it works. I was greatly impressed with the the error handling even as it most of the time pointed you in the right direction. I would gladly use them again

It was great to use, very beginner friendly and it is free. They even offered a certificate for free. I found their training helpful and I look forward to learning more.

Challenges was great, much to learn with lessons. But on certificate, my name was not written. I've given in my profile but I don't know why this happened and how to fix it.

Good exercises, as a complete beginner it provided a good introduction to Python in short easy to follw lessons.

Code Institute has a platform that to learn handson experience

We used to have a course tutor. Just over halfway through the old tutor left. We were then assigned a new tutor, Komal. However he doesn’t yet have access to the feedback sheets prepared by the old tutor so is not able to confirm the grades we’re waiting on for the first half of the year. Now Komal must cancel the classes since he has not yet been officially registered as a Nescot employee by HR and therefore cannot continue classes until this has been resolved. It’s like a carry on movie.

It's very concerning given they have been awarded large contracts to deliver the Skills Bootcamps when they can't operate themselves properly. I am astonished at how bad the non-teaching part of their organisation is. I cannot comment on the teaching as I never got that far - I gave up.

How could such a simple request end up in such a car crash of a customer experience? I wanted to learn about their bootcamp and asked them to call me. This is what I had to endure:
1. Nobody answers their phone number when I called. Directed to voicemail constantly.
2. Online form only works in some browsers. For a coding company to get this wrong, that's simply laughable.
3. Asked for them to call me. Received email from Harrison asking for a time. I gave him a time - he vanished. No phone call.
4. Chased it up, said I was available. Received the identical email from Harrison again. No phone call.
5. Chased it up again, said when I was available. Received identical email from Harrison again asking when I was available.

WTH?? In the end the experience has been so bad I gave up.

The introductory course was a free 'taster' to the more extensive full Data Analyst and AI course. This course piqued my interest and I have since applied for and have been accepted to the full course.
The introductory course was very enjoyable with hands-on Python coding practice and quizzes. The information was very well written and comprehensive preparation material for what's to come. Looking forward to when the full course starts for me at the end of September 2025. Thank you for making Data Analytics interesting and simple to understand!

Completed their 5 day challenge with 90% success (100 if I concentrated on the question more).

They didnt give me access to the collabaration client until Day 2 and once I did get into it, all I saw was zero content from members and CI representatives....whether it was permissions error or setup wrong their end I had no support for the content being studied.

All Direct messages sent to CI staff via slack and emails was met with silence, I was also unable to collect my certificate due to java buttons not working and zero replies from CI staff.
