Code Kingdoms 

I am very impressed with the great customer service. I had bought Code Kingdoms last year but never got to try it out with my son due to a series personal events. I had only noticed when I had received an email from CK that my subscription will renew soon. This is a first big plus - I love that they reminded me about this. I then enquired whether I could get a refund for last year at all as I hadn’t been able to use it. Ross was very quick to reply and kindly offered to provide an account credit instead. Especially given that I was 11 months over the refund window, this is a very generous offer.
I can now use CK when things have calmed down at our end. Ross also proactively cancelled my auto-renewal. All in all, a surprisingly pleasant customer experience. I felt heard and understood and treated like a human - thank you very much for this!

We have only just begun on our code journey but my children absolutely love that they get to make their own games! As a parent and home educator code kingdoms is great, when I don’t know how to help, help is always on hand with the team. Looking forward to the next year with code kingdoms! Recommend to everyone

My son enjoyed learning coding in a fun, playful way on codekingdoms.com which uses a playful storytelling approach to teaching. Their immersive colorful stories are very creative, and make learning coding feel more like playing. Great way to learn!

Code Kingdoms showed me great understanding and generosity when I needed my membership extended for the product I purchased from them.

Quick interaction with a support engineer regarding an update. I was given good background on the delay and what they are planning once the third party issues are resolved. Ross was very personable and helpful.

CodeKingdoms program is really good but unfortunately, I had to get a refund due to lack of interest from my children. The staff were very understanding and offered a further 3 month trial period. Support is offered via email (GMT) and they are very helpful. Would highly recommend it.

My son loves Code Kingdoms! He has been learning how to code via making many Minecraft games in the last several years! He even asked for more modules and classes to become available!
The support is also super helpful and timely. I highly recommend this to kids who like to learn how to code in a fun and engaging way!

This company is very accommodating and true to their word. I purchased a lifetime subscription and had a 30 day trial period. After the 30 day trial period I was offered a refund or an extension no questions asked.

Responses were quick, customer service was friendly and very helpful. I have no concerns with this company and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

In the end I opted to have an extension to my trial period which they offered and granted and in the end I decided to keep the account. My kids are still not using it as much but I take comfort knowing that they have this great learning resource to fall back on when they want to learn.

Code Kingdoms is amazing! Our 8 year old is obsessed with Minecraft and has said he wants to be a coder when he grows up. You cannot imagine his delight at learning code IN Minecraft! (“Code Kingdoms Rules!” = his quote.) The Code Kingdoms support is AMAZING. Beyond helpful and you get a human which is so refreshing in a chat. (Thank you Ross for your help!) A message they teach is - and I’m paraphrasing - “We all feel frustrated when our code doesn’t work the first time. That happens every day to even the best coders and it’s how you learn - stick with it!” It’s just so positive and motivating. The first thing J says in the morning is “Let’s go run my code!” - Who doesn’t love that?! Thank you Code Kingdoms!!!

I messed up while registering a new account, sent an email to see what went wrong. Somebody answered the email promptly, and fixed my issue. It was a seamless experience, and the help was appreciated

My 9 years old son really enjoy to code with Code Kingdoms, especially because it’s connected with Minecraft. Explanations of methods, variables are very accessible. You can immediately see the implementation of the code, which is also a large +. Really good platform.

The start up process even away for short periods of time is confusing . There is no one spot to know where you go to reinstall, or setup for the first time. I had to look for the first email to figure this out. There should be a start here page even if just reestablishing yourself after a long break. This would be helpful and less confusing. Once you are going then it is fun and easy to follow.

Got CodeKingdom for my daughter. She loves it. She was enagaged due to the fact that it has coding for Roblox and she loves Roblox. Also the support was brilliant

These people are great. They really care what you're happy and that your kids are happy and enjoying the program.

Both my boys love it - intuitive and give them a fair bit of choice on how and what they created b their games - they absolutely adore it ( & learn in the process ) !

My daughter is a big fan of this program. She's wanted to mod Minecraft for a while and I've been meaning to create a Java server, but CK does it all for you without any hassle. She particularly likes Lara's coding course videos, they're very funny!

We might try the Roblox coding too in the future...
