Experience with codersera was amazing!
I was in an immediate need of developers for my company and that is when I found out about Codersera. The platform offered a 7-day trial period which you can use to hire a developer. The website was pretty much easy to use as they had about two options- to hire a coder or to apply as a coder. I wanted to hire someone, so I just clicked on "Hire A Coder" I came across various developer profiles who had expertise in several different languages.
The recruiting process has also been quite straightforward. The coders often apply by submitting their resumes directly to the website. When we found out that the resume suited our job description, we arranged a round of video interviews, after which a coding test was organized. We did a live screening and gave a test project once the candidate cleared the coding test. I came across a lot of talents through this website and my overall experience was wonderful. I used the platform for a week that was absolutely cost-free, before finally employing an individual. In that job, I didn't have to spend a single penny. Their support and support team was always there for me whenever I needed help.
My experience with the developer was also great as he happened to be really good at what he does. I'm definitely going to recommend Codersera to my colleagues. It's a unique platform to hire talent. Although, I have just used its trial version until now and would want to purchase the package in the future.
