Easily the worst courier company in Australia from my experience. I've had issues with them in the past and tried to call but you just get hung up on by the manager. This time their lazy driver just left the parcel next to the letterbox about half a metre from the footpath. Unbelievable anyone would think that is ok

I was awaiting an important order from Amazon - a crucial piece of equipment for a wedding livestream happening on the week.
The courier arrived at my house to deliver a batch of my orders - comes out stumbling with the boxes in his car and is totally frazzled and clueless, boxes are falling on the sidewalk all jumbled up. He then proceeds to check off everything as delivered. Upon opening my delivery I found out it was missing the crucial items I was waiting for. Only 2/3 items were delivered. The driver/courier was disappointingly unorganised and lacked intricate care for his job - he signed off everything as fulfilled without checking if all boxes had been delivered.

Terrible. Purchased from amazon. Order was expected to deliver today. then 1 hour before 10pm, updates and says will arrive next wednesday. When today is friday.

Regrettably numerous items that I have ordered online seem to end up being delivered by CodExpress couriers in Canberra. Their delivery driver's exhibit a complete lack of care or concern for the packages they are entrusted to deliver safely. My most recent disappointment was when I witnessed a large box thrown over my fence into my courtyard damaging the contents inside. I confronted the driver pointing out that there was a very visible sign advising postal workers and couriers to delivery items at the rear of the premise where they can safely leave it or ring the door bell. His response was that he 'was tired and in a hurry'. When I challenged him concerning the likelihood of the contents being damaged he was completely ambivalent. Avoid this company, which interestingly seems impossible to contact via phone or email, at all costs.
Holds my package for no reason
Holds my package that I ordered from Amazon- with the same address I use every time- first time Amazon used codexpress for one of my orders. Website is absolutely useless, only thing you can do is track and it doesn't even work. My gift will arrive late if they even fix this problem as it's already Thursday night. Meaning I can't even call because it's after hours. Reading all these reviews, I'm guessing it's safe to say I probably won't ont even receive it. I wish we could choose which couriers Amazon used because this is rubbish.
Worst Courier in Australia – Missing Parcels, Fake “Delivered” Status
Ordered 2 items from Amazon and Codexpress managed to “deliver” both of them to absolutely nowhere. Tracking shows “delivered”, but nothing ever arrived. After talking to more than 10 other people, I found out they left my parcel in some random unknown mailbox and still marked it as delivered.
What a joke.
The best part?
They told me Amazon told them to deliver this way.

This is the most unprofessional courier service I’ve ever experienced.

No attempt to deliver.
Just fake “delivered” updates and missing parcels.
Avoid Codexpress at all costs. They lose your items and try to blame everyone else.

Awful couriers. Seem totally incapable of undertaking their primary task which is to deliver packages. When and if they do, they ignore instructions of where to leave the package. Try calling the customer service number ?! Good luck with that. Please Amazon, stop using this company.

Worst delivery company, throw my parcel from only 7 ateps away from the door, and they come incredibly late for the amzon delivery, have experienced many times coming at 9pm and 10pm knocking the door while the family is alreasdy asleep and this happens in Ballarat Vic
Avoid if at all possible
First experience with these bunch of losers. Ordered from Amazon and have never had a problem with other courier companies. This bunch of morons had my order status as "delivered" at 3:36pm, but it was only 3pm. Guess the courier wanted an early finish for the day. Won't be surprised when I don't get my order at all. Reading other reviews doesn't give me much faith.
Worse than useless!
Yet again this company has failed to deliver my packages. No other courier company that I deal with have any problems, they get it right first time, every time and I get updates every step of the way with some of them. I don't know how this company stays in business. One star because I can't give less. Are they experts at anything? Yes; failing to deliver parcels, delivering to the incorrect address and losing parcels.

This lot makes Australia Post look like palliative care nurses when it comes to customer care and a focus on the core need of actually delivering a parcel.
I find it remarkable that the poor reviews for CODExpress are years old and we're still suffering with their woeful service and rude staff. I've just had my first return and refund for an Amazon order by CODExpress, but my second unacceptable experience with them. I've complained to Amazon and asked if there is a way for me to be excluded from having CODExpress assigned to the delivery of my order.
Last time, my intercom was broken - as with any apartment building, everyone had a contact phone number for the delivery person to call when they were there. They didn't. So, I called the CODExpress customer service line and spoke to some guy who I can't believe they allow to answer a phone at all. He told me that they're a "delivery company", inferring that they're not there to actually try and make contact with the recipient. How do they expect to deliver something if they won't notify the person who is expecting the delivery?
Their track is worse than bad, and the lack of notifications makes it impossible to guarantee that you'll be able to make it to the door before the delivery driver walks away. Yesterday their tracking platform told me they "attempted delivery" whilst being 18km away from my address (and less than 1km away from their distribution centre...)
Horrid. The more we can complain to Amazon, the sooner they'll be kicked off as a carrier. I hope.
