I’m posting this because I was also…

I’m posting this because I was also scared after reading the negative reviews. However, I’ve been using the service for the past 8 months and it has been stable and working fine. Most people leave reviews only when something goes wrong; users who are actually satisfied and stable usually don’t bother posting positive reviews.

Complete Data Loss & Zero Support – Avoid at All Costs

I hired CodeYoHost for hosting and SAAS script installation, which initially worked fine. Suddenly, everything crashed—no access to the control panel, and after days of delays, they "fixed" it by wiping my server entirely. All data vanished: scripts, FTP accounts, emails, and databases.

Despite clear demands, they ignored my requests to restore the files or even explain the cause. Customer support is a ghost town, and their reliability is nonexistent. If you value your data, DO NOT use CodeyonHost. Losing everything overnight with zero accountability is unacceptable.

Repeated Suspensions

Repeated Suspensions, Rude Support — Stay Away from Codeyonhost & WhatsHAM CRM Script

I’ve been using Codeyonhost for 3 years, only because the WhatsHAM CRM script I purchased from CodeCanyon is hosted exclusively on their servers. Every year, I’ve renewed both the script and VPS hosting, despite facing over 50 support issues across this period.

However, my recent experience is the final straw: • My VPS account was suspended on May 20, even though the renewal was due only on May 30 — no prior notice, no communication, nothing. • Whenever I faced server downtime or technical issues, Codeyonhost’s “dedicated WhatsApp support” was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful — often responding with lines like “if interested, continue — else don’t”. • The only time they respond properly is when I raise public comments on CodeCanyon. Then they pressure me to update my review positively once the issue is temporarily fixed. After that, it’s back to poor service. • This feels like monopolistic behavior, forcing users to stay on their server just because the script runs only on it. • Support from both the script developer and Codeyonhost has been consistently unreliable, with critical issues taking days to resolve — damaging my business operations.

After years of tolerating this, I’ve now moved to a better server provider with faster support and lower cost. In India, there are many VPS providers offering far better service — I urge others to not fall for this trap.

As paying customers, we deserve transparency, respect, and reliable support — not arrogance and vendor lock-in.

IF it was possible to put 0 star i will…

IF it was possible to put 0 star i will do. But the minimum is 1 star.

Friendly advice to anyone who wants to buy one of these people's services, run away while there is time. you will lose your money with defects concerning: the support (very poor support, they don't care about people, they don't respond for days... I have the captures and conversations for those who want proof.) their updates are slow and take months and when they update it's irrelevant. there are design flaws that they didn't want to resolve (like: I can't change the admin's email and password!!! and that's something very serious...but they...they don't care. I also bought the vps service (hosting) it was the biggest mistake) servers which suddenly stop working. and like I said, their support is out, absent or don't want to work or I don't know. In short, I wanted to share my experience with you in order to avoid wasting money, time and customers.
