The quality exceeded the price and my expectations.Will buy again!

The design and product are highly effective for marketing purposes. The three-star rating is solely attributed to the fragrance's longevity, which does not extend beyond a single day. Addressing this prevalent concern would undoubtedly elevate the rating to five stars.

Excellent!

The red squares on the stickers came out a dull, almost dull brown tone. As the company prides itself on being able to match colors for its customers, this does not support their brand as intended. The client does not want to use them for their Grand Opening (or ever).

Ordered way in advance (7 weeks)for a convention and literally came 3 weeks after the convention. Asked for some sort of mediation and no response.

Great experience overall! The quality of the products is excellent, everything arrived exactly as expected, and the customer service was very professional and helpful. The custom air fresheners look amazing and the attention to detail is great. Fast delivery and very good communication during the whole process. Highly recommended!

Came out great and the smell was better than name brand

The design of the air fresheners came out great! And the scent is perfect and long lasting. I have done a lot of coozie orders as well and they are amazing quality that lasts! Highly recommended

The order was almost a month delayed and we did request it to be cancelled before delivery because it was arriving too late and we would not need it anymore. Customer support is not responsive at all and when they answer is one small sentence ignoring all concerns and problems. There is no way to reach to them besides the chat or the email which is useless. They don't own when they fail or when their business model fails, don't apologize nor try to find solutions. they just keep ignoring you until the order arrives so they can say it arrived (even if you reached out 100 times before with no answer). They are not interesting in keeping costumers. Very unprofessional.

On a casual Instagram scrolling, I came across Cody's lifestyle brand air fresheners. It was an instant "gotcha" and I'm not an impulse buyer. I believe what really got me was the technical innovation that transformed my logo into precisely what the final product would look like. I was able to use other Microsoft products (i.e. PowerPoint and it's Artificial Intelligence functions) to juxtapose the air freshener into my Aventador SV. This became the image I shared with friends and colleagues. There was great anticipation to see the final product which caused me to pester Cody more than I would normally for updates. He remained calm and cool and delivered as fast as he possibly could.

I appreciate him, his company, their vendors and entire team. I immediately tagged the company on Facebook and apparently within minutes created quite a stir based off the phone calls received.

Thanks for the product and I wish you continuous innovation and over-the-top success.

Product looked fantastic. Great price point

I ordered several weeks ago (february) and still my product hasn’t left the fedex building.
I see they are located in California so I am not understanding the shipping hold up.

Ordered Coozies for event in early March website assured me they would be here on time.. A week before the event (past their delivery date) I was concerned and let them know. Was told they would not arrive on time. They refunded my money, but Inthen had to pay twice Cody McConnels price in order to get them
Coozies arrived one week after event, they told me to keep them quality is excellent…. but every event (23 years) have unique artwork and are dated. Not sure if Inwill use them again.

How can you review anything when you haven’t received the order?!!

Communication needs some work. Ive tried to change the scent for my air freshener subscription and i have not heard anything back.

The Cousy‘s I ordered were fantastic, the only reason why I didn’t give five stars is because the shipping took a lot longer than it was supposed to.
