First-time school uniform purchaser
As first-time school uniform purchasers we managed to get several of the sizes wrong, had to swap numerous items and were mystified by the zips and velcro on some garments. All was handled with great calmess and courtesy by Sian, who sorted out sizing and explained some of the finer points of sportswear. Everything was delivered at great speed, beautifully packed, and so now all I have to do is sew on the name tapes!

Very helpful for uniform appointment
Very helpful for uniform appointment. Served on time and in a clean environment. Friendly and helpful assistant. The only thing I didn't appreciate is my 5 year old being told off for using the stairs the wrong way of the one way system, when it's not clearly marked. Other than that a great appointment.

You sent me an incorrect order and have poor sizing information meaning sizes are missing - I have to now return the items you got wrong and wait for replacements which I am told will take some time as you only have 2 people working on school uniforms - even though I paid for priority delivery !
