I always enjoy my visits to Goldings in Newmarket for their wide range of suitable clothing and for their excellent charming and helpful staff.
I have recently started to use Coe's mail order service which I cannot fault

but Coes Online comes pretty darned close - excellent customer service as always - and everything you’ve come to expect from the Coes brand !

The shop assistant I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and polite. I then ordered on Internet and my parcel was delivered 24 hours later and packaged very nicely. I would definitely use Coes again.

I cannot stress how fantastic Coes have been. After feeling safer to use Coes online shop for my children’s uniform this year, it was so easy. I had a few questions and spoke to Coes via telephone. They were more than happy to help, with answers and a willingness to help where ever they could. They also offered to come to my car in the car park to collect my returns parcel as I wasn’t happy to go into the store, with the Covid situation.
The delivery was so quick, considering it was a very large order.
I never doubted Coes to be any different, they have always been so helpful and friendly. Thank you.

After my first order being out of stock i tried again for a different colour option. Ordering was easy and it arrived very quickly. I loved the special touch of my item wrapped in black tissue paper stuck down with a Coes sticker, good fit too.

This was the first time of ordering from Coes and was a very successful, easy, uncomplicated transaction. The order arrrived promptly, packaging was minimal but very secure and the quality of the garment is good. Overall, an excellent shopping experience and at very reasonable price.
