Im currently running a couple of La Pavoni lever machines and im restoring another. i recieved my order of the Bong Isolator from Coffee Sensor in the same time it took another company to send if from the west coast, USA!
prices are usually lower for stock items,
and Tudor offers many unique items for La Pavoni.
i have always gotten a response from emailing and i can even reach out on Facebook with questions.

I have ordered I think three times from Tudor at Coffee Sensor. Each time I knew shipping would be quite expensive because we are in different countries. The products were all for a La Pavoni Europiccola. A brass boiler cap was first with a new lever. I was impressed and went back. The second time I ordered a stainless bottomless portafilter. Most recently I ordered a piston and some gaskets. I haven’t fitted them yet, but they look great.
Each time I have ordered, Tudor has been quick to answer questions and has shipped really quickly.

So far I've ordered 6 times with Coffee Sensor and every single time I have been nothing but impressed by the outstanding quality of the products and the unparalleled customer service.

Products: You simply cannot find a shop in Europe with the same offering of high-quality for lever espresso machines. They are a bit more pricey than other competitors but once you have tried both, you realize Coffee Sensor simply have the highest quality products. The machining is impeccably precise, the product descriptions very detailed and helpful (often with selfmade tutorial videos for installation also!) and the material used is the best. While Coffee Sensor can be a bit more pricey, it is totally justified when you take the quality into account.

Customer service: It is simply amazing how fast Tudor (the owner) responds on WhatsApp and he is always super helpful for every small question the customer might have. It is truly amazing.
