No interaction regarding my refund
I ordered a Nespresso coffee machine prior to Christmas and paid the guaranteed delivery rate. It didn't arrive and so on Christmas eve I had to go out and purchase another coffee machine.
I immediately requested a cancellation/refund but despite this the machine arrived.
I sent an email to ask for advice on how to return the product and the company said they'd send a qr code and id have to return it.
I still haven't received the qr code even though I've sent 5 emails requesting it......I'm now not even getting a reply.
So just after Christmas I've got the headache of returning and paying for a bulky item to be returned and am still £150 put of pocket.
