Flat was in prime location
Flat was in prime location. Close to all amenities and at the top end of old town. It was clean and tidy and the hosts contacted us quickly with all our questions we had. Easy access and free parking made this even better for me as it was suitable after a long days work. I would highly recommend.

This South African host is a con man. He falsely advertises inhabitable, hazardous properties, with misleading photos. Rubbish and delayed communication.
The entrance of property we rented for a week, had broken hazardous paving at entrance of property. Visibly it doesn’t look dangerous only when you step on it, the slabs give way.. host sent maintenance guy on 4th day of our stay to fix this, we had to leave house keys wt him. As we had plans to go out. My mother is elderly we had to hold onto her to enter and exit, otherwise she would fall. The host only sent maintenance guy out when I emailed them a video of my son walking on slabs and slabs would lift up and down when stepped on. This was the only entry into property, so we had to carefully walk over wobbly dangerous slabs.
Bathroom lights weren’t working we sent video of this to host.
There was no clothes dryer even though listing said there was
There was no cleaning supplies listing said they were included.
No tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper or any food essentials.
Not enough cutlery or dinner plates, glasses, mugs even tho host knew he had taken booking for 9 people.
Small dirty cooking pans with no lids.
No dish drainer.
Tiniest fridge and freezer.
Broken ironing board.

Overflowing blocked toilet, caused flooding due to persistent cistern water flowing. Water only stopped when we lifted cistern lid. Water would be flushing all night. Upon inspection we video’d large black mouldy stains of damage on ceilings and walls due to leaks from above main bathroom. So this leak was alrdy there before we arrived.
On 5th day all our bath towels were used to mop toilet flood in 2 bathrooms. The maintenance guy assured us the towels will be replaced. We had gone out for day.. upon return no towels.. filthy towels left on bathroom floors.. I made numerous contact with host to replace towels. We had returned from beach we all 9 of us wanted to shower but couldn’t.. no towels for thurs/fri/Saturday even tho multiple promises made by host that towels would be replaced.. but every promise broken. In the end we checked out a day early. There was no response of my complaints from host.
When I complained and told host my daughters bday was wrecked, no towels, health safety hazards, plus we checked out a day early.. the host had the audacity to blame us for damaging his property wt toilet leak.. saying we had to pay for leak before he can consider any form of compensation. Booking.com told us not to pay anything to host and that the hosts claims breached their guidelines.
Please DO NOT RENT ANY OF HIS PROPERTIES. I have read similar reviews from angry customers on trust pilot..

I’d advise anyone looking to book to actually look at how many 1 star reviews this company has for lack of communication. It genuinely was the worst air BnB experience I’ve had. Filthy and the host just ignored me for days, they also ignored air BnB who got involved when I disputed it.
Avoid. Do not use. Save yourself time & money
Absolutely disgraceful from start to finish. On arrival it was immediately obvious that the apartment was in an unacceptable and unsafe condition, bearing no resemblance to the listing. I raised the issues straight away with both the property owners and Booking.com and received no meaningful help from either, leaving me with no option but to leave and book alternative accommodation.
The front door appears to have been booted in, the sofa has completely collapsed and is unusable, panels are broken, there is a strong and persistent smell of smoke throughout the property, the carpets are burnt and heavily stained, and the tables are visibly stained and neglected. The level of upkeep is shockingly poor and this property should not be advertised or rented out in this condition.
The photos are misleading and do not reflect reality at all. This was a stressful and unacceptable experience and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs

Currently staying in one of their houses in Cardiff whilst I’m working away and there is no WiFi or signal at all in the house rang up complaining saying I want a refund they keep avoiding the refund he asked for time to try resolve it I said I would give till 8pm and when I rang back nobody is answering do not stay with this company they take your money and ignore you
Cancelled By Host
Never had the opportunity to find out about the property as our booking was cancelled “due to a calendar error”. My guess is they realised that there was a big rugby match on that weekend and wanted to charge more.
To make matters worse have been told we need to wait 7-14 business days for a refund

Our experience with Cohost Partners has been absolutely awful. In Cardiff, they promised us a spacious apartment near the bay, but after switching us Three Times, we’re now forced to stay in a cramped flat much farther away. The company’s customer service, moreover, has been miserable; over and over we were given incomplete or misleading information, seemingly generated by an AI bot rather than a real person. Never again!

The experience promised was not the one that was delivered. The air fryer had not been cleaned and was left with rancid grease in it. The dishwasher didn't work and there were no tea towels to do the washing up manually. I reported the problem to the accommodation, but they offered no solution. The bedside tables in one of the bedrooms were hanging off the wall. There was a single toilet roll wth only half left on it. There was no bath mat for getting out of the shower/bath. The bin in the other bedroom had not been cleaned and still had someone else's personal hygiene wipes in it. This wouldn't be so bad except they charge a massive cleaning fee £113. Honestly, they must be the best paid cleaners in the country because the flat would take an hour or two max to clean properly, but it wasn't.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our needs, check-in was seamless, and the communication from the host was good. The apartment itself is beautiful, and we especially loved the high ceilings.
The apartment was generally clean, the kitchen was equipped but reason I gave a 4 is because it could be better.
Overall, this is a lovely place to stay. We would recommend it and would be delighted to return if we visit Swansea again.
Poor Host
I booked accommodation via Airbnb using this host for two of our company engineers. After reporting a noise issue to them that was keeping them awake through the night, which they advised they would look into and provide feedback, after chasing no update was given.
This was reported on the Tuesday and I then had to escalate this to Airbnb on the Thursday after our engineers had to be moved into alternative accommodation due to the noise. I had already asked the host that, if the noise issue could not be resolved, could we please cancel the remainder of the booking as it wasn't a healthy environment for our engineers. Airbnb told me on the Friday, despite producing Whatsapp screenshots that the host denied ever receiving a complaint from me. They also refused to refund any of the remainder of a two week booking.
I would not recommend this host, nor will I use them or Airbnb again.
