Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service.
Have been trying to join their Coin Bureau Club for over a week and have had issues paying - their site just keeps giving a "Something Went Wrong" error - very helpful.
Have emailed their support multiple times and waited days between unhelpful replies - if you even get one.
Even resorted to contacting them via Linked In but had no response.
I'm trying to give them money and they can't be bothered to help me!

It pretends to be a 'reviews' service while it's a referral service, They will get a commission from you using those refereed services so their 'reviews' are entirely positive about every service.

Love there discussions and insight. BUT absolutely horrible on customer service. You can contact them but will never get an answer. Ask simple questions about there website on there help page, NEVER gets acknowledged.

Be really careful here. If you say anything against their moderator's perspective (his name is Dan), you will be banned from their paid community. Also, don't try to email their customer service... I was also blocked from the site despite being a paid user. In both instances I was respectful, but simply never received any response.

Coin Bureau Club Experience
I had registered for the Coin Bureau Club and I would highly recommend. Its been a great learning experience and one place to get accurate crypto related updates. Love the interactions in discord and every coin bureau team members thoughts and analysis. Note: No financial advises but a great place to stay updated and make a conscious decision.

Bought item on the CoinBureau back at black Friday. Got the order confirmation and then nothing.
No shipment info...nothing.
Tried several times to contact them at Coin Bureau Store but no replies. Also tried to contact them on Instragram - same result - nothing.
Really ironic really, that they (CoinBureau) take You money and make YouTube videos on how SBF took investors money...
