Slow customer service support

No real trading chart
No real trading chart, just an interface to buy and sell btc. Price seems to refresh every 10 seconds which seems weird because btc price can change drastically in 10 seconds. Website also seems very basic. Coinfloor was so much better.

We have always operated more of a brokerage model than a trading focused model, and as such we have not had a need for more trader focused functionality outside of the ability to buy and sell cryptocurrency. We've received a lot of feedback from migrated Coinfloor customers over the last few weeks, and our tech team are working on getting some more 'trading' focused functionality in place on the site. We are hoping this will be available to users in the coming weeks.

Why cannot withdrawals to banks be automated, perhaps after one manually approved transfer to a particular account?
It is frustrating to have to wait, especially during a weekend.

Thanks for leaving a review, it's great to see that you would rate our platform 5 stars with the exception of our bank withdrawal service. It is a shame that you were not happy with our bank withdrawal service, once processed the funds do arrive in your account within a few minutes typically.
Bank withdrawals are a manual process, and we do hope that these will be automated in the future, but currently that has not been possible. As this is the case any withdrawal requests received outside of our standard office hours, such as over the weekend like you mention, can not be processed until the earliest opportunity, that being Monday morning.
It's a shame that you were not happy with our bank withdrawal service as we mention, but we hope that you find any future withdrawals are processed much more promptly if requested within our standard office hours.

There's no way to sell in the future at a set £:Bitcoin ratio (limit order). Pretty basic compared to Coinfloor that I was moved from. Shopping around. Fees are quite a lot more than Coinfloor as well.
However, Very good Customer Service. And secure site too.

Based on feedback following our recent acquisition of Coinfloor, our developers have been working hard on bringing limit orders into our offering. This has been developed and is currently undergoing testing internally. We hope to make these live to our customers within the next week.
In terms of product offering, we already have a number of products not previously available to Coinfloor clients, such as bitcoin cashback when buying at over 1,000 participating websites to include to likes of Boots and Currys PC World. Also free deposits and withdrawals on the Bitcoin Lightning Network. Better still, we shall be launching a further two new and exciting products later this year/early next. So please stay tuned.

We believe that our BTC withdrawal fee is in line with our main competitors, though we appreciate that due to the recent price rise the fee may seem more significant if users are looking to withdraw smaller amounts of BTC.
As you mention, for users looking to withdraw smaller amounts of BTC we do have Lightning withdrawals available where there is no fee charged whatsoever, so we do recommend that users give this a go if they have a Lightning compatible wallet to withdraw to. Our BTC withdrawal fee is a fixed fee, so withdrawing via Lightning is the only option if you are looking to avoid the BTC withdrawal fee for sending on-chain.

OK but not not more
The platform looks to be good but you can only contact them through email and despite offering a 2 hour response time (and then, only during their limited office hours), I waited more than a day for someone to get back to me. I also feel that where potentially large sums of money are concerned, there should be a phone line that offers more than a voicemail saying that there is no phone support.

Typically users are able to talk to our support team via live chat as well as email however, as I believe the team explained in their email response to you yesterday, the team are seeing an increased volume of email tickets at present and as such agents are not currently able to get online on chat.
Our team got back to you as quickly as they could, however we apologise for the delay that was caused by a backlog of tickets received over the weekend. The team do aim to get back to users within 2 hours of receiving the email, however the weekend and this backlog of tickets did mean the team were unable to this time around.
