First time using coin corner and it was really easy, lovely smooth transaction
Expensive, slow service
Expensive, slow service overall better off using a more reputable company
Slow customer service support
I have tried to communicate with the support team for 3 days, i cant receive text messages from coincorner. I was told to contact support team i have done that and all to no avail.

Minimum Hassle
No bother. Very useful if you happen not to have an up-to-date passport.

Simple and easy to use
Not the fastest service, but very simple to use and no hoops to jump through.

No real trading chart
No real trading chart, just an interface to buy and sell btc. Price seems to refresh every 10 seconds which seems weird because btc price can change drastically in 10 seconds. Website also seems very basic. Coinfloor was so much better.

Delay in approving withdrawal to a bank, hence 4 stars. The rest of the service 5 stars.
[Later - updated from 3 to 4 stars thanks to Coincorner's helpful reply to my earlier version of the review.]
Why cannot withdrawals to banks be automated, perhaps after one manually approved transfer to a particular account?
It is frustrating to have to wait, especially during a weekend.
Many thanks for your helpful reply to my earlier review.

There's no way to sell in the future at a set £:Bitcoin ratio (limit order). Pretty basic compared to Coinfloor that I was moved from. Shopping around. Fees are quite a lot more than Coinfloor as well.
However, Very good Customer Service. And secure site too.

The services are quick to set up but moving your bitcoin has a flat fee outside of lightening network which makes small investors like myself priced out

prompt and efficient support
I was apprehensive as I'd read a few bad reviews, but the support was very prompt, within minutes of my support request submission, and they resolved my issue safely and quickly. So far, impressed

Very basic trading platform
The spread on buy/sell prices is very wide. There's no way to set up a sale in advance at a specified price (limit order). Pretty basic compared to Coinfloor that I was moved from.

OK but not not more
The platform looks to be good but you can only contact them through email and despite offering a 2 hour response time (and then, only during their limited office hours), I waited more than a day for someone to get back to me. I also feel that where potentially large sums of money are concerned, there should be a phone line that offers more than a voicemail saying that there is no phone support.
