Its been a year now that I wait for my crypto to be sent to my Luno platform. Ticket #120623.
This is ridiculous.

First time buyer from New Zealand. A flawless experience. Prices were identical to buying direct from Perth Mint BUT cheaper postage so I am happy! It was cheaper for me to buy from Australia than it is for me to buy the same thing in NZ... saved over $30 a coin by buying from CoinsDirect and the rewards program is one of the best I have seen. I am very happy to recommend buying your coins from CoinsDirect. 10/10!!

Made a request to withdraw my money in my account almost a year ago and it still hasn’t been returned to me. I’ve emailed Coindirect several times and they keep saying the fraud team is looking into the account. Why does it take a year for the fraud team to approve a transaction of £78. This company is scamming all of us. I am preparing to take this matter to a higher financial omnibus. Stay away from Coindirect.

I transferred funds before 14th December 2022 and still haven't had them under ticket # 101907. Will I ever get them?

I withdrew my funds on 23 Jan 2023 and since then waiting. I have been told to withdraw the funds again and again which was strange. I even provided them with the screenshot of an approved transaction. Every time, I contact their support team they say pls create another temp login and click withdraw. I really don’t understand when my transaction hasn’t been transferred to my bank account and why am I going through this loop of false information. My email is jatinmiles at gmail

What can I say, I have tried transferring my wallet to another platform and now it has disappeared into thin air. I made a transaction a while ago which took a week to work but this one has not worked. Have tried emailing support with no response, as they are closing in a few days it looks like I am going to lose this money!

Huge scam, stay away!
Impossible to withdrawal your funds, feel like my money got stolen.

My husband and I have been unable to transfer our funds from Coindirect to another platform. They kept asking for documents which have already been sent. At this point they are simply not responding. This has gone on for weeks. Why are you stalling?

Updated review: Previously I was struggling with Coindirect due to very delayed communication and panic because the company is closing retail operations on 24th January.

Since then a developer has reset my account and I have been able to move all my funds without any issue.

The company is a complete scam.1. deposited money R25 000 on 9/11/2022.the money was never credited to my Coindirect account or reversed back to my bank account and instead I get ticket numbers,I forwarded proof of payment over 3 times with no success ticket number #102701 .2. I still have a lot of funds in the trading account but I can’t convert or transfer them to other platforms.3. Other coins like Lumen XLM,Polkadot and ripple that I sent to AltCoinTrader have not been credited yet approved on Coindirect.I have tried all options with no assist.stay away guys!scam.linked email to the account is Rmaphw…com

Absolutely horrendous withdrawl policy. I've set on two transactions from 3 days ago and until now they haven't processed any of them. Their customer service is practically automated and there are no humans on the other end whom I can communicate to. Would never trust them again.

A platform's support network determines how effective it is. Although I'm not a part of coindirect, after reading this, I can tell that it and Hyperfund/Hyperverse are rather comparable. When things start to go wrong and you can't get anyone on the phone or you raise tickets after tickets with little to no answers, people don't realize how bad these frauds are. I can only caution folks since everything was easy until it wasn't. Please withdraw your money as soon as you can. You've been made aware. Only a select handful, like Hickmire, make timely payments.

The company gives frequent updates so one is not quote by surprise

DO NOT USE. I have been trying to withdraw my money since 24th November! Has shown as 'pending' ever since. Raised a support ticket # 101686. Told there would be a 'slight delay'. Tried the chat feature on their website, no reply.

Trying to withdraw funds since I first became aware that the site is closing down in Jan. Just receive the automatic generic response with no update or feedback. Any Governing Body we can escalate this matter to?

I am worried they will at the end take our money

3 weeks and counting now with little or no email response asking for the same documents but as they know this cannot be verified once they had already verified.
This must be the biggest scam out there!

Pay the money that i have requested please.
