PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! They used to charge these "DORMANCY FEES" and because of the bad publicity they got for it and trouble the stopped doing it because in 2/3 months it would empty out your wallets. They are not remunerating any clients that they did this too. They ignore all of my emails and compaints now. I have all of the proof of this and a lot more but they keep getting Trust Pilot to remove my honest reviews. I am trying to warn the public to stay as far away as possible!!!!!

Worrying amount of time on a refund.
2 weeks ago my account was closed and I am still waiting for a refund. They told me my Crypto would be converted and my money sent back to me and havig chased it up 3 times since then I am still just receiving the same responses to be patient.

Sending of Coins to another Exchange
I needed to send the remainder of my IOTA units to another exchange as Coindirect were no longer transacting with this coin, but the system kept on declining my request. I emailed the support team and Lillian informed me promptly that the system does not allow transactions beyond 6 decimal places. With that knowledge, I was able to do the send.

Friendly service overall
Friendly service overall. Was surprised that there is a telephonic helpline. Well explained to me what needs to be done in order to obtain telephonic assistance. Reasons stated to me for the company "migration". Hopefully, there are no underlying adverse effects. I was assured that there are no significant changes to transactions & account operations.
