When traveling to Spain i bought a few Sephora gift cards for the ES Sephora. Few days later still didn't receive the codes while previous orders we're nearly instant.
When i contacted their support there was a problem with the supplier. They didn't want to refund me and let me wait for the supplier. Last day in Spain i got my giftcards and had to drive to the store again to use the codes otherwise i could not use them anymore..
Not a good experience.

I did not receiced my order details in my email, order id #1207908, payment was success, money got deducted but no mail was sent and there is no human at support only AI is therr who just provide some automated suggestions, nothing else.
Edit: My issue was resolved later on by coingate support team, hence, changing my review.

I had to come back and write again if someone reads this before purchasing gift cards, i bought a visa prepaid card, it was heavily restricted to basically only buy take out food, their support wrote me and asked me ridiculous questions for 5 days to at the end say that it wasn't on them but on virtual rewards center, which is their platform. Their fine print is misleading and it has now been 2 weeks and no solution from them.

We’re sorry for your frustration. After investigating your case, we found that the gift card you purchased is for the USA region. During checkout, you confirmed the region and agreed to our Terms of Service, which clearly state that gift cards are region-locked and can only be redeemed in the region they were purchased for.
According to our Terms of Service (Section 4, Subsection 2):
“When placing an order, the client must select and notify the region where the Gift Card will be used… Once the code is revealed, the card is considered delivered… Gift cards are region-locked and can only be redeemed in the specific region they were purchased for.”
The product you received is valid and working, but since attempts were made to use it outside the permitted region (in Guatemala), the restrictions you experienced are due to regional usage rules—not an invalid product.
We understand this can be frustrating, but the terms are clearly outlined before purchase to avoid such situations.

Easy to use and fast delivery!
I’ve purchased several gift cards through CoinGate, using Bitcoin each time, and every time the process was very smooth and fast! The Bitcoin withdrawal process was fast, and once payment was accepted, I basically immediately received my gift cards to my email. No issues using the gift cards right away, either!
