Website is user friendly and I received my email receipt promptly to gift to my friends outside of the country. I had no need to contact customer service personally - I use my credit card that's protected with extra security the last 3 times when using this site just to be extra careful online (I discourage using debit cards online) and I have no complaints.

My purchase wasn't delivered
On 14 November 2025 I made a purchase of rewarable gift card code (order number 1481602).
Despite making the full payment it wasn't sent to me.
For two days I attempted to contact their support center but J only face an AI that repeated the same meaningless answer over and over.
At one point tge AI even claimed that the site wasn't responsible for my order.
Eventually on 16th of November I registered a support ticket (278043) but soon Enough that also turned into a dead-end.
