Very bad KYC due diligence process
After registration and sharing all my documents for KYC it took more than 7 weeks to receive an answer that exactly the same documents are required but for a month later (because they were too slow to manage my KYC). The professionality of the team is ridiculously bad and I would highly recommend looking for different providers to buy your crypto.

Refund too fast... Paid a $25 order and had to put $10(!) in bitcoin fees as fees recently rose again.
Coinify had absolutely ZERO warning it would be a problem if it took 20 minutes for first confirmation, which it did.
So now my tx confirmed but its too late. They offer a refund but its just $20 plus i lost $10 in fees... Not good!

We do inform our customers in the payment window that they have a limited amount of time (15 minutes for BTC and 45 minutes for stablecoins) to send us coins for payment to be completed successfully.
Kindly note that BTC network fees and blockchain confirmations are out of our control. We do lock our rate for a certain amount of time due to the volatility of crypto prices and to guarantee the exchange rate. If we do not receive coins within that time frame, we are forced to refund the funds, unfortunately.
I would like to thank you for your understanding but also your feedback. We will investigate if there is anything we can do to improve customer experience when it comes to receiving late payments and consequent refunds.

Have not been paid for coinify trade for 4 months
UPDATE 15TH JULY BEEN PAID FINALLY!
Not given an explanation why it took so long.
July 9th, still no money. I believe Bank Frick in lichenstein is trying to locate the money. This is what I have been told by Coinify who have asked me to be patient. I haven't received funds yet after selling bitcoin on 18th march, over a month and have heard nothing. Granted I gave them wrong account number however should not take 4 months to resolve. I have followed up numerous times with support but haven't had any luck in finding out where the money is. My bank have not received any notifications from coinify

Very good support after early hiccups
Changing my review after getting much better support and quicker turnarounds. Very helpful to get my trade refunded but be aware if you are in the US that many banks won't accept crypto sales unless they are ACH. This isn't Coinify's fault, just US Banks. Also be aware that Coinify is based in Europe, so you will most likely get next day support unless you are active in the early US hours.

I was told that I would receive a REFUND in a couple of hours. It's been 4 days and nothing.
I tried to buy a game on CdKeys using the Coinify option.
Despite copying and pasting the right amount and sending it to them, my purchase wasn't approved and they told me the it was an insufficient amount. Okay, they offered me a refund.
They told me that I would receive my money in a couple of hours. This was on MARCH 21ST.
Nothing, no money, and today is MARCH 25TH.
I'm only getting the same canned answer, over and over again. "Our team is working to credit the refund to the wallet address you provided. We will inform you once the refund is completed."
EDIT: Just had another canned answer. THEY GOT MY MONEY!! MY HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY HAVE IT, I DON'T!! THEY GAVE ME NOTHING FOR IT.

Fake exchange rates
I bought 3.1mil SHIB from them on Ledger, I picked them because they had the best rate (€89 for €120 spent, gas fees were high).
Even though I found it kind of sus that they were outrunning the other providers by +€15, I still wanted to give it a go.
That was the worst experience ever.
On the confirm purchase page, it clearly stated that I would get 3.1mil SHIB for the €120 I was about to pay. I ended up having $68 worth of SHIB, which is 1.8mil.
Such scam practices shouldn't even be tolerated by Ledger to allow them to be on their provider list.
Don't buy on Coinify, their rates are fake.
Update: They answered my ticket and told me that Ethereum has fees. Yes, I know about this, and it was not my concern at all. They're lying about their rates, that's my concern. My opinion remains the same, run away from this provider if you want to save money.
Update 2: After further discussion, they gave me a 50€ coupon code and explained it was a technical error on their side. Good move from them, but still a very scam practice to show fake rates and hiding fees as most as they can just to appear on top of other providers. I'll still not advise anyone to buy there. My experience will be the same for you.

Coinify + cdkeys are official scammers in 2024.
they are abusing their half 50% refund policy if your transaction wasn't "fast enough" while it's only 10 minutes of waiting, and we obviously all know that a crypto such as bitcoin transaction usually takes longer than that.
so they basically make 50% if not 100% free money on you, burn your time and get nothing you purchase.
