Big Scam stay away

Big Scam, Coinkast & their associate trader JamesC15, is a big scam to sucks your hard earned money from you. They will accept your deposits and when you ask for a withdrawal, they will refuse to approve it, and will mislead you to pay a withdrawal fee of 20% for taxes and fees (more loss to you) in order to process the withdrawal. However they will never process it but they will make more excuses not to give you any of your money back. STAY away. Scammed me for over $25,000. Stay away.

I still like the customer service

I still like the customer service, they answer me after an 30 minutes, but think it’s more better than most platforms where you cannot get a fast, instant customer service access.
