Just an average exchange with not so good api and frequent outages of trading due to a flaw in their matching engine.
The issue was reported to them and thoroughly explained many months ago but got zero feedback from them apart from the usual response "We will email you as soon as we receive an update." that I have been getting for motnhs.
Apparently their management doesn't care that the exchange often doesn't even work.

Also their 0.15% withdrawal fee increases spreads in their order books by up to 0.15% on the ask side. It is bad for both makers because ask orders are more expendive due to that.

I just got it was very confused on the verification issue. Come to find out theirs is different then the rest but they were quick to help me thanks. If I give 4 stars consider that 5. I only do 4 because there always something that can be better some were.

I like how fast the registration was to this platform.
I've searched for an exchange that I can trust - and as Coinmetro doesn't use nor USDT, nor USDC it gave me a huge trust in them (even if I'm in crypto I do not trust these stablecoins).
One thing I'd improve is allow transactions on other blockchains than eth (because of high gas fees) - for example your only stablecoin is UST and it would be nice to be able to deposit/withdraw it on it's native chain.
Other than that, perfect!

The best crypto exchange! Best trading fee. Best potencial. Best everything.

Like the last review I had a unfortunate experience which was resolved astonishingly well.
I had purchased xcm through the ico and the flash sales and had high hopes and let it sit in my coinmetro wallet.
However I did pay attention to the emails and upon checking earlier this year I saw my tokens were voided and multiple communications through the telegram group got me to think I had lost all my tokens.
However I still had hopes for coinmetro to do well and always paid attention to the amas and stuff.
I heard Kevin Murcko the ceo say that there were ways to reclaim your lost tokens with valid reasons.
I contacted him directly on telegram and I'm amazed to say not only did he reply to me but he actually heard my story and deemed it worthy for me to re claim my tokens.
Now I have my original xcm purchase back which has shot off the roof compared to the ico and I have had an amazing experience directly with the ceo of coinmetro.
He is a very well versed crypto expert and counmetro are doing fabulous things in this space.
I can't wait to see what the future holds for us xcm family.

Even though this started as a dispute, the actions Kevin took prove to me that customers are central and that even in the shady crypto world, there are companies/persons that are in it for the long haul.

Invested a small amount in the ICO, unfortunately wasn't able to monitor and comply with the regulations therefore the tokens were stuck. Even though they had no obligation to help me in this matter, Kevin took it upon himself to go out of his way and help me anyway. Will be using this platform for more investments.

Great exchange and very friendly and helpful support staff that replies fast. I made a mistake and they fixed it. So I'm really satisfied.

With the live chat function I was able to resolve my issue in a very short amount of time. One of the few sites that seems to have a real person behind the chat that can actually do something. 5 Stars for fast customer service

Overall good company, website and support are great. However volume is kind of low and huge candles might occur when trading. Would wish for more ICOs from a trusted exchange like CoinMetro
