Bitaxe Gamma 601
Just got my Bitaxe Gamma 601 running. Took no time at all, just like the delivery. The support from CMC was epic, and this little miner is too. I already got a best share of over 4 million and it's been running for about 10 minutes! The box it arrived in was great, designed well with sturdy foam packaging. I received 3 different plug connects, UK, EU, and another, USA maybe. It was easy to set up, I just chatGPT'd my way to success. There's a fabulous dashboard with tons of different information on it so you can see what it's up to. I AM SO PLEASED.

+ UK company and they ship from HK so you have to pay customs.

Your order included two devices, which were shipped in two separate parcels as they were prepared and dispatched from different warehouses. The short delay with the second unit was due to the national holidays in Hong Kong, during which our logistics facility was temporarily closed. This information was clearly communicated to you and was also noted on our website at the time. We’re pleased to confirm that the matter was fully resolved and both units have since been successfully delivered.
Regarding customs and import duties, while Coin Mining Central is a UK-based company, most of our inventory is stored in our Hong Kong facility. As explained in our Shipping policy, import fees are determined and collected by your country’s customs office - these charges are outside our control.
We’re genuinely saddened to see this experience reflected in a 1-star review, especially since everything was resolved and you went on to place another order with us afterward - which we truly appreciate. We’re glad that your following purchase went smoothly, and we remain committed to providing transparent service and clear communication to all our customers.

Great customer service!
I ordered a Bitaxe Gamma solo miner, my second one. It took a month before I got it. I wore to them after 2 weeks and only after I wrote to them did the miner finally ship. When I got it, they sent me the wrong power supply. I got a European plug when I should have gotten a USA plug. If you’re shipping to the USA why would you send a European plug!? I wrote to them again and have yet to hear anything. So now I have to buy a new plug and wait for it to come.
Update: I was contacted by CMC and they are sending me a USA compatible power supply. In the end, CMC handled this perfectly. Thank you CMC.
