After paying off a loan, I tried to transfer off my collateral worth nearly $5,000 USD.
For over 6 hours, the transfer showed as "Processing" with no evidence from the receiving wallet of it being in process of transfer.
The customer service representative claimed "your funds are safe and will be transferred to you within 2 days." By the 7th hour, the transfer completed.

I'd advise everyone to fully understand LTVs and margin calls before taking a loan out to avoid frustrations.

After two years of using this platform, I feel compelled to share my honest experience. What started as a straightforward service has evolved into something far less transparent. While they’ve made aesthetic improvements, some of their practices raise serious concerns about fairness and user security.

One key issue is the frequent policy changes, often without clear communication. For instance, during volatile market periods, the platform has experienced freezes, making it difficult for users to manage their loans in real time. Instead of proactively scaling their infrastructure to handle demand, these issues persist, leaving users unable to take necessary actions when it matters most.

Another concern is the way interest and margin call structures have changed over time. While initial terms seemed clear, adjustments were made that impacted user balances without prior notice. Many users only realized these changes when they saw their margin calls creeping closer to liquidation levels. Transparency in financial services is crucial, and unexpected shifts in key terms create unnecessary stress for customers.

Interest rates also appear inconsistent. While advertised rates might seem competitive, the actual charges can be significantly higher, leading to confusion about true borrowing costs. A clearer, more predictable pricing structure would go a long way in building trust.

Customer support has also declined significantly. In the past, assistance was readily available when issues arose. However, in recent months, responses have become generic, slow, and unhelpful. When dealing with financial assets, timely and effective support is essential, yet it feels like customer concerns are no longer a priority.

There are other platforms that provide similar services with clearer communication and stronger customer support. My honest experience thus far is simply just the fact that nothing has gone wrong. Deposits & withdraws are smooth and pretty quick, have yet to have a hiccup there. Loan exchange process only took about 8ish minutes on the few that I have.

I had a couple loans get liquidated in the recent market crash, understandably. I assumed risk when I took them, and I got bit on a couple of 65% LTV loans. Might I remind you that these positions are less than 20% total of my crpyto holdings, and you should always test the waters with any 3rd party service like this with smaller amounts of crypto at first to find some comfortability and peace of mind surrounding their authenticity and trustworthiness.

In saying that, I deposited more ALGO in a hurry to try and beat the crash and lower my margin call, but was a bit too late (amount I was depositing wouldnt have saved me from the even LOWER prices that were to come, in which I obviously wasnt aware of at the time as it was happening in real time, which is also why I reiterate that this position was about to get liquidated and I accepted that and it was of nobody's fault besides my own. I took the loan, reinvested it, and lost my collateral. Nothing to pay after being liquidated and I still hold the coins I reinvested with said loan, so not all is lost, and everyone is square. Ya win some ya lose some, part of the game.)

This is why I got on here to write a review bc this is where coinrabbit did me a solid, that I didnt really expect it nor did I notice it right away... My deposit time on the ALGO (about 500 ALGO) to lower my margin call occured AFTER the liquidation had already been triggered by price going below the margin call. Coinrabbit refunded the 500 deposited ALGO to my wallet a day or 2 after, AND I DIDNT EVEN REQUEST THEY LOOK AT THIS BECAUSE I JUST ASSUMED IT WAS GONE. That was fair as hell, and I appreciate them for that. First big step I got as far as building a bit of actual trust for these guys. Just trying to help anyone else out considering their options with coinrabbit... they have done me no wrong thus far, and I took my first loan in November of 2024. I have been liquidated (my own fault, I own it entirely and market bit me). I have had all successful withdraws and deposits. Loans are quick.

SOLID way to HODL and reinvest during good market conditions and definitely on a SUCCESSFUL path given that the fellas behind the scenes at coinrabbit are SOLID, TRUSTWORTHY, LEGITIMATE players in the space. I truly hope they are, because this service is nice to have, and the platform is easy to use.

I got on here thinking the same thing a lot of people looking at this are probably thinking.... *I can use some of my bigger positions from my personal wallet that are already up 100-200% and send a little bit over here to diversify a little bit further while still holding the crypto sent here (paying a manageable and fair amount of interest on it obviously... fair enough. Bank loans are far worse.)

All I can say to y'all and so far, so good. I will review with 5 stars at a later date after successful withdraw of my collateral after I pay it back in full with USDT, probably within the next month or two. I think all of us here have some certain "bets" placed.. crypto currencies we obviously believe have 100%+ returns on them in the very near future. I'm testing the waters with coinrabbit's service as we speak and writing to help others out there get a more in depth 3-4 month update from someone who you can tell is at least geuine and well intentioned? lol. Everyone worries when trusting no KYC third parties, understandably. I took the risk and dont have any right to say anything negative thus far. Like I said, I will review with a shining 5 bright stars after I successfully withdraw my collateral after repayment.

Godspeed everyone, so far so good considering the market AND coinrabbit. Be wise and do not "gamble" with your entire ledger wallet on any third party lending/holding service, only what you are comfortable to lose, given ANY circumstance whether it be a market crash or a bad player at coinrabbit (this is not as assumption that something will go wrong or that they are bad people, I am just also somebody who lost about 7k USD worth of crypto after voyager imploded, and understand that there are shitty people who can screw you over. Don't trust them with your life savings, but someone has to test the waters and their service can be EXTREMLY useful and definitely successful given they continue to be right with the customer. I wish the best for them and want to have stronger trust for them someday, which will come with time and successful withdraws.)

I tried to up my collateral for a crypto loan seeing that we were experiencing a huge dump in crypto yesterday. After a very frustrating day, with send delays due to glitches and too much traffic with the massive crypto liquidation yesterday, one of my crypto loans was liquidated at the same exact time that my increase in collateral was being sent. I was able to prove this, and sent everything to coin rabbit customer service. Edward was very helpful and looked into everything I was saying, and looked at my proof. He reinstated my loan afterwards and added the extra collateral to my loan when he could have just ignored my request.

Verry helpfull support team, quick and thorough with clear instructions.
Today i have been helped by William who was exceptionally cooperative and resolved the matter with no delay.

I've been using CoinRabbit.io on-and-off for years, using Nano (XNO) and Ethereum (ETH) as collateral. It wasn't always smooth sailing at first, but the communication and support received when there were niggles was outstanding. Now, some years later, everything runs like clockwork; a very useful and reliable service.

Do not use this company. This is a huge warning. My loan was liquidated and they walked away with all my funds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I completely botched a loan I was requesting by sending it to the wrong address, and they were able to track it down and get it back to me.

Customer service was immediate. I sent funds to wallet with wrong memo and I was helped and all was well.

My loan was liquidated after dropping $0.01 in price? Most of their reviews are fake this company is a scam Do Not Use their platform they are not regulated they need to be audited and shut down!
