THE WORST PLATFORM!!NOTHING WORKS AS EXPECTED,I THEN CONTACTED 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟. 𝟎𝗥𝗚 AND THEREFORE RECOVER MY MONEY

Whoever gave them a good rating was a bot. They are a scan!!!!!! Do not give them your money. You will not get any back. They will not answer your customer support requests. They will take until you have nothing left. You search for crypto online and then they call you.... the scam begins. They insist you use their wallet number. Don't use them.

1 day later they called me and offered me my 25000.00 if I would take this review down AND as it turned out , pay them 3000.00 for fees to get my own money back. Even my wallet company said they could take the money out of whst they owed me. So now they say for me to call them if I can pay them 3000.00 and I'll get my money!! Do no answer these guys calls!!!!

If there is negative star, I would totally give it that. They lure me into trusting them with small amount of investment initially and keep pressuring me to increase the amount. Process a company credit to my account without my consent and made me responsible for paying for it and when I want to withdrawal my own money, I have to do a very tedious process through another platform and I found out that it was all a lie. Non one has contacted me after I sent them numerous emails and no money has been refunded to me. Those are liars and cheaters. Don't ever believe a word they said. I am perusing a legal dispute and I want my money back. If you are reading this, don't trust them even if they sound trustworthy, THEY ARE NOT.

They are very pleasant when asking for your investment but not very helpful when you want to make a withdrawall. Phone #s given are not in service, emails are not answered, chat is not functional. Not sure if you (I) will get any withdrawalls so no, I definetly would not recomend

Review two - my answer to Coinrise re they're calling me a scammer. "Dear Susan; Please be advised that my review was no scam and every word was true. Shortly after my review I did manage to get ONE withdrawal of 300 usd not two after trying to do so for over a month. The last time I checked my balance it was over $1300 usd but when I went to check it after I received this notice I was unable to access my acount, Apparently have been locked out. I have my investment back plus $120. so I am happy about that. I did not recieve two withdrawalls on sept 28th, just one of $300. However I stand completley behind my review and am not a scammer but more like a scamee. BTW I'm not in switzerland.

Be aware these are scammers and they will steal everything from you till the last penny and will just stop answering your calls or replying to your messages or emails. The first couple withdraws will be everything you will ever get from them. Do not believe any of those good reviews, probably from people they pay. I got defrauded for big bucks.

Overall I'm satisfied with the service the frim gives me. They could do better with their interface, but I guess nothing's perfect.
