WARNING: Coinsbee is a Gamble, Not a Reliable Service
I'm writing this review to warn potential customers about the serious risks of using Coinsbee. This company operates like a lottery - you might get lucky and receive a working product, or you might lose your money entirely with zero recourse.
My Experience:
• First purchase: $5 PlayStation gift card - worked fine, which created a false sense of security
• Second purchase: $100 Microsoft Office gift card - received an INVALID code
The Nightmare of Their "Support":
1. Two weeks of empty promises - Coinsbee support kept stalling, claiming they were "waiting for a response from their partner." This is irrelevant - I purchased from Coinsbee, not their partners. The seller bears responsibility for the products they sell.
2. Forcing customers to do their job - They directed me to contact Microsoft support myself. This is like buying a defective product in a store and having the seller tell you to contact the manufacturer directly. Absolutely unprofessional.
3. Complete denial of responsibility - After Microsoft confirmed the code was invalid (which I already knew), I sent Coinsbee screenshots of the entire conversation. Their response? "We cannot replace the code or help you in any way. Have a nice day!"
Key Problems:
- No quality control on digital codes before selling
- Support team exists only to deflect responsibility
- No refund policy for defective products
- Complete disregard for customer satisfaction
- $100 stolen with zero accountability
Bottom Line:
In the civilized business world, this is called a SCAM. Selling non-working products and refusing refunds or replacements is fraudulent behavior. Coinsbee apparently doesn't consider itself bound by basic business ethics.
My Advice:
AVOID COINSBEE AT ALL COSTS. Don't be fooled if your first small purchase works - that's how they build false trust. When you make a larger purchase and it fails, you'll discover their true nature.
Looking for reliable alternatives. If anyone has suggestions for legitimate gift card services, please share in the comments. Let's help each other avoid this trap.

You purchased a $100 Microsoft Office gift card for the United States region. As you later confirmed to Microsoft support yourself, you are located in Indonesia. Microsoft gift cards are region-locked, which means that a US code only works if the account is registered in the US and the user is accessing it from a US IP address.
The code we provided was valid and active. The issue was not a faulty or invalid product but a regional incompatibility. This is also what Microsoft support confirmed.
Unfortunately, digital products cannot be refunded or retracted after delivery, especially when the code has been exposed. Unlike physical goods, gift card codes cannot be "returned" or resold once delivered. This is standard practice across the entire digital gift card industry and clearly stated in our terms and conditions.
Our support team did not ignore your case. We investigated the issue and contacted our supplier on your behalf. Asking you to contact Microsoft directly was meant to help clarify the region lock issue, not to deflect responsibility. After confirmation that the issue was regional, and that the code itself is valid, we were no longer able to intervene.
We kindly remind all customers to carefully check the regional restrictions before purchasing gift cards. The region is always clearly displayed on the product page.
We regret your frustration and hope this explanation helps clarify the situation for you and other readers.

You received a code that, according to our system and our supplier, was valid and unused at the time of delivery. We do not resell codes or issue them to more than one customer – the code was delivered only to you.
You claim the code was already redeemed before you bought it. We take such claims seriously and asked you to provide documentation confirming this from the brand in question (for example, proof of the redemption date and time from their support team). Until today, you have not provided any such evidence.
Please understand that we cannot contact the brand on your behalf, as the ownership of the code transfers to you upon delivery. Brands typically do not provide information to third parties – only the code owner (you) can obtain confirmation whether a code was used, when, and by whom.
Without official proof from the brand, we unfortunately cannot proceed with a refund or replacement. This is not because we don’t want to help – but because we do not have access to the brand's redemption data once the product has left our system.
We remain open to resolve the issue if any verified documentation can be provided.
