While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I signed up for Coinsbit.io after seeing they had a crypto coin that was not available on other exchanges. I transferred almost 250 dollars over in the form of Litecoin from my Coinsbase account. This is where my trouble started. I found out they do not allow trading in the United States. I immediately asked that my money be returned to another wallet through a transfer of bitcoin. They agreed to do so since they do not allow transfers from non verified accounts. I have been going back and forth with them since the beginning of November 2020. They have not returned my money and has gone as far as to close my account so I cannot login. I have filed complaints with multiple US Agencies- FTC, Better Business Bureau, etc. These people are criminals and this exchange is a Scam. Do not use. They have badges on their site claiming legitimacy but they are not. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this ponzi scheme scam exchange. Do not trust the positive reviews. They are bogus and written likely by paid or fake reviewers.
DO NOT EVEN SIGN UP WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR FUNDS AND THEN YOU CAN NOT WITHDRAW UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED. THAT IS HOW THEY SCAM YOU. YOU CAN NEVER BE VERIFIED AND EVEN IF YOU SEND THEM ALL THE DOCUMENTS THEY ASK FOR THEY WILL STILL SAY YOU ARE NOT VERIFIED. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
