Cointal isjust another example of a company you should report to the authorities. Coin Charge back dot com was what i used that help save me from the heart break these guys put me through. Lost over £ 15,000 to them but Coin charge back recovered all in a space of 5 days.

Bad scam the sit not working now

Got scammed for some thousands euros. Some good transactions at the beginning with another user that invited me ( a frauder) on Cointal, then when you try to withdraw your coins , this does not happen, you send from Cointal wallet and they never arrive to destination...
Very bad scam, be aware and stay away

They have upped and gone now. If you have any coins with them, yo'll never see them again. How the hell can it be so easy to steal like this ?

This exchange is all a con. They were ok at first and you were able to call them on the phone. Now, their phone is a fax number, their postal address does not exist and their emails do not exist and just get bounced back. I lost just over 700 XRP's that cost me nearly $1000. I am so, so, so gutted and so, so, so angry with them. Why do these people do this to innocent people who just want to make some money in life. It's just not fair. I am not rich and this is a lot of money to lose.

How can we contact the Police or related authorities to get our coins/money back.
There must be a way to catch these fraudsters. We need to all chip in and hire a detective to find them and castrate them. Does anyone know? Does anyone know where they are based? I doubt they are in the UK.

Hi, this site has stolen my digital money and closed my account on the site. And by doing a simple deal to build confidence in a later deal that was too large, I deceived me and stole my coins.

This is a Scam site. Act as follows. There is one announcement about the exchange of any of the existing crypts to another at a good percentage, supposedly you need to change a large amount. Then they make a couple of exchanges for small amounts in order to prove the goodness of intentions. After the user gets a large amount, the account is blocked and the cryptocurrency from the wallet disappears.
Do not think there to throw money in any case.
On them for the last 2 years of work the mass of criminal cases is opened. A lot of positive feedback is all phishing.

Same as a lot of people; money paid is taken out immediately, but releasing crypto currency from your account to your cold wallet DOES NOT HAPPEN. Instead gets stuck for months.

I have lost around 500$ worth of XRP which admittedly is bearable compared to what others lost. But, it goes to show you that no transaction is too small for them to scam. STAY AWAY or learn from your own pocket.

Worst experience with Cointal, none of my withdrawals were ever completed, they are just processing forever, support doesn't get back to me / email bounces back / they don't offer any help.

They have been here for more than a year I guess it was up to me to try them out. In fact it's a very good site and user friendly. I deal with bank transfer and paypal with no problem whatsoever so far. I recommend them hands down.

i have used this site many times over and over again and had no issues , smooth trades and the support is always there to clarify anything i dont understand , its really easy to use!!
