Perfect for UK Kpop stan
Ordered the new stray kids album to arrive to the UK and was worried about shipping time/customs. However, my album arrived within 2 weeks of release with no issues whatsoever. Would definitely order from again, thank you Cokodive!
Cokodive fan from 2020!
Cokodive is the best! I've been shopping with them since 2020, and they have a great selection. Items tend to sell out really quickly, but there are often restocks. I appreciate that they've been purchasing more SKZ items as of late. They are also great communicators -- one of my preorders was out of stock, and they let me know quickly and offered me a different version. I did end up buying it from another trusted site, but I appreciated the heads up so I could make a decision. Cancellation was quick and easy. They'll also let you know on the off chance when items are taking longer than anticipated to arrive for shipment: again, something I really appreciate, not having to wonder where my stuff is. The slightly higher cost of the products is worthwhile to me, as Cokodive is still offering FREE Express international shipping from Korea, and my order arrives tracked within just a few days of dispatch. I always receive items the QUICKEST from Coko. Cokodive is one of my top sites to buy from for everything Kpop, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Very stressful and unprofessional experience
I was a loyal customer for over 4 years, but that really took a turn with my last order. I preordered 2 skzoo dolls, and i had to wait about 4 months until they were going to ship. After that time, i got an email asking me for my tax id. I got really confused and emailed back saying i don’t have a tax id, and individual customers like me don’t need a tax id either? They emailed back saying the shipment would not continue unless i found someone who has one or if i get one somehow? I provided proof from my country’s laws about tax ids and clear information stating i in fact cant get one, that it isn’t necessary either and that they as a business need one instead of customers. This took a few days, and didn’t get any response from them from email, twitter and instagram. I even got ignored on instagram. A lot of people on twitter seemed to have the same issue and lots of people were actually considering paying to get a tax id, it was all just insane. After a few days, i finally heard back saying they made a mistake and i assume they probably didnt read it thoroughly and just started emailing everyone in Europe without doing proper research? Very unprofessional. This was so incredibly stressful for days, just looking up so much information, trying to make it work, because i’ve been looking forward to this package for so long. Its very sad how this all happened, because i got most my merchandise there. But it will prevent me from purchasing more in the future.

I’ve been a loyal customer of cokodive and they have always provided great quality products with super fast shipping. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the purchasing process of my product this time round, and they haven’t even bothered responding to me. Not being able to cancel a preorder for an item that won't be released for another month two days after placing said order is an utter nonsense.
great site for album preoders and other albums generally
albums have always come within about a week (I'm UK based) prices are a bit more but that is because shipping is included. of all the shops I use I think I trust cokodive the most as the parcels can always be tracked and they arrive quickly.
Good service, not many issues
Honestly really surprised by so many of the bad reviews, I’ve never had an issue, I’ve had a couple of late shippings and yes, the customs declaration sometimes is incorrect but I usually handle it with customs myself because of where I live, so that’s not too much of an issue for me. I’ve had a great experience with them overall.

I recently received a customs charge over 60% of the item due to their incorrect customs declaration. £130 customs for a £200 order is insane!! Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless you want to be overcharged.

Lost me as a customer…
I have ordered with cokodive many times but after this experience they have lost me as a customer.
I ordered a present for my friend that she ended up buying for herself so I tried to cancel my order, only for cokodive to make me wait days for a reply and then refuse to cancel my order even though it states on the website that I can cancel my order if the product hasn’t been shipped yet and mine said it hadn’t been shipped.

The process of buying and receiving the correct order is fine, I faced no issues in that department so far.
But their customer service is HORRIBLE.
It’s always the same automatic replies sharing links of the help centre to read about the topic when I’d actually like to be helped for the same matter!
Cancellation/refunds are a BIG PROBLEM, if you’re trying to get one.
Don’t get clothes because if the largest size doesn’t fit you, and you find that out later (sizes vary with countries so it’s always confusing), bam, there goes your money down the drain. The preorders are never cancelled or refunded unless you state on the same day of ordering which is practically useless because one only realizes after having some time.
The staff is quick to repost stories of all the “orders” that got in but when you ask for some help, they just leave you on seen most of the times.
I’ve been trying to get some help with one of my orders (and I’d like to say that I’m a valuable customer, all my shelves filled with COKODIVE items are a proof of that) and it’s been almost a week and I’m still stuck there.
I loved ordering from COKODIVE but now I’m not so sure. Hopefully they’ll improve themselves in the “help” department.
Helped me out after delayed transit
After some delays in shipping and arriving, Cokodive really went above and beyond for me after I was having trouble. I even managed to get refunds for two preorders, as I’m currently struggling financially and needed the money back. Despite their policy on refunding for preorders. They gave me a refund. Their parcels are always well packaged, I’ve never had any damages. It’s only on the rare occasion like with me do parcels not arrive on time. But 98% parcels arrive to me on the expected arrival date.

It took some time to get shipped (it got today but the item I preordered came out the 7th October), but the communication was perfect!

Don't even bother asking for a cancellation ever....
I never had an issue with Cokodive until recently when I asked for an order to be cancelled. Previously, whenever I asked for assistance using the chat function, I would always get a response within an hour. However, as soon as I asked about an order cancellation, not a peep from customer service. I rewrote my query three times thinking that maybe there is something wrong with the chat function, since every other time I received a timely reply. Very disappointed that Cokodive takes their customers for granted. I have ordered countless things from Cokodive but will be supporting smaller, newer businesses in the future.
Horrible wholesale customer service
I've used Cokodive before and they were good but now I'm trying to order my first wholesale order for my business and their customer service has been terrible!
I first emailed them about prices 10 days ago and they still haven't sent me the discount code and keep asking me questions that I have already answered multiple times in my emails such as which albums I want to buy or how I can't access the code if I buy them in 2 different orders even though I wasn't trying to!
