I was annoyed by them at the beginning because none of the previous management companies bothered me but then my neighbor joined the board and explained everything they do for the community and I realized they are just doing their job and they are pretty good at it.

I fell behind on my common charge payments when I was hospitalized. The bookkeeper sent notices and then started calling me on the phone to ask what was going on. They got my late fees removed and gave me an affordable payment plan. I appreciate them taking the extra steps to make sure I didn’t go on the condos legal list.

The last management company told me my steps would be fixed next month – for two years. When Colby started the agent said she had no idea when the work would be done but promised not to forget about it and then everything was fixed the following month.

We have been using them for our condo building for several months now and they helped us save money by suggesting new vendors and have also been assisting us in legal issues.

I always email my agent and copy the receptionist into the message. If Ana isn't around someone else responds so I don't have to wait.

I kept getting fined because they said my tenant was breaking the house rules but my tenant kept saying it wasn't her so I didn't pay anything. When I finally called the office to clear up my account the agent sent me the pictures they took for each fine. The agent was really understanding and got the board to reduce the fines by half.

They are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to any and all issues that arise within the condo association.

As promised they resolved the issue by end of the day to my complete satisfaction. I give them two thumbs up!

The company that managed us before Colby forgot to update their mailing address with one of the banks so the HOAs money wound up with the state comptroller. Colby realized their error when sorting through our records and was able to recover all of the lost funds.

Colby does all of the legwork so the board only has to review the information and make a decision. Serving on the board has never been easier.

I put my tv out with the trash and the garbage men wouldn’t take it. The property manager gave my wife a code and told her to write it on a piece of paper and tape it to the tv and they came back the next day and took it.

The lower level of my house had to be dug up so they could replace a broken sewer line. Ana came to my house every day to make sure the crew got the work done on time and cleaned everything up.

The shared garbage area between the communities has been a disaster since I bought my unit. Colby met with the board and agent from the other community and worked everything out. The area has never looked better.
