Coldezz have now changed their name to :- gogrannyblog.com so look at at the coldezz reviews 1.6 out of 5 all complaints. Coldezz comes later on in their advert. I shall not be buying as a consequence of looking up on Trustpilot! Thanks Trustpilot!!

As with all the other reviews I have read - this product does not deserve even one star. A complete waste of time and money. Another Chinese misleading advert which leaves the buyer with little recourse. After asking for a refund, we eventually settled for £18.00 refund and no return, as we were informed a full refund would depend on receipt of the return which the buyer has to pay at an advised by the retailer cost, of £80+. I will be buying strictly British from now on since any marketing standards abroad are questionable to say the least.

To all that have purchased one or more of these, ask your Bank to do a charge Back as i did on a similar product (Heater) i received a full refund and the Company got hit with a charge of up to £400 for the charge back. PAYPAL, ALL DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS WILL DO THIS. Just Contact your Bank/ Card Provider/Paypal explaining what has happened eg: Item is not as Described, No correct return address and so on. This is the only way to beat these scammers as if they keep getting up to £400 (UK) Fine for the Charge Back, they will soon stop. Good Luck

The Chinese have been advertising these (NON AC) powered fans for quite a while on TIKTOK and it appears that TIKTOK have banned them as they are rarely seen now.
I do understand why the general public will believe this hype with the "FROSTY AIR" videos that are totally NOT how air conditioners work at approx. 15-17deg C minimum for AC, Those video adverts would need to be minus 30-40deg c to get that sort of effect that is unbelievable and stupid.
As an AC engineer it was pretty obvious to me that these units are a scam, although It is possible to have small low low volume/temperature cooling systems as I purchased a product from a company called RANVOO that is actually a neck fan that uses electronic semi conductor technology that is innovative in cooling air running through the units heat sinks and transfers via fans very cool air to plates and outlet vents that contact the neck areas of the carotid artery, and jugular vein, that in effect cools the blood and they work very well in my experience in hot weather & I would not be without mine in this warm weather, but the aforementioned subject product in this case is a total(AIR) con with zero cooling technology and would cost very much more that their list price if it was real AC, and I urge people please NOT to be drawn into buying these products that is simply only a radial ambient air fan blowing ambient air only. Some manufacturers of these cheap Chinese fans are using Fan Heaters that they refer to as AC COOLERS & FAN HEATERS to use for all seasons. "PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS CRAP", save your money!

I got 4 of these, two for myself (one for travel and one for home), one for my mother and one for my sister.

I used mine in my car as my air conditioner stopped working, all it did was blow hot air at me, there was no cooling at all. On the drive, which was 2 hours, I barely made it half way before the battery was flat. They claim this item lasts a hell of a lot longer than that.

Another thing I noticed is that it claims to be an American company, yet it came from China, a place called trendingagdet. So who knows where and how this is made, basically a whole lot of false advertising going on.

Anyway, I contacted this “American” company in order to sort out a refund, now bare in mind, it cost me just shy of $200 and got offered a $15 refund, to which I said no to. Then I said I wanted a full refund as none of what they claimed these Coldeez fans to do, they didn’t do. To which I got told they would do $25 dollars, as a refund or I can send them back for a full refund, which would take up to 30 days to process and it was going to cost me $50-$80 to send them back and I had to cover the postage.

Unfortunately I was scammed by them and their product, which is absolute junk and hoping everyone reads this and DOES NOT BUY THESE. Save your money and buy something better, something that actually works.

Unfortunately I didn’t see this site with all these reviews on it, before buying them. So I hope this helps you not lose your money with these, because that’s all you’re doing.

This appliance is 100% crap it does nothing it states it does, it is nothing more than a miniature tower fan… 100% false advertising… DO NOT BUY it is not even worth 1star

Chinese sell it and to send it back costs nearly as much the fan - it's a basic small fan and does not cool a room down by 3o% it's false advertising - it is powerless to cool my bedroom - it doesn't even have a three foot reach for air flow save your money it's false advertising

This is not worth even one star. I received this item after a delay of one month .It is absolutely worthless.
It operated for a couple of hours and then just stopped. and would not restart .It is absolutely useless and I do not understand how companies like this can falsely advertise junk like this and rob consumers. Surely there must be something that can be done to stop these people from operating. merchants

Scam - don't fall for this product. I spend AUD113 falling for the online reviews. All the online reviews are just fake.

What I received was a pint size portable, USB chargeable fan which blows some air. I am sure you can buy similar stuff from temu etc. for couple of dollars.

Don’t waste your money! It’s a simple fan, nothing more, no “cooling” as it does nothing to lower temperature in the room / it’s very very noisy / it turns in its holder from the vibrations so you have to keep repositioning it. I gave it a fair go but I won’t be using it again.
Update: 1 week later, I did plug it in to try again, but it has stopped working altogether! Dead!

Utterly useless.

It is just a small and very noisy fan unit with NO cooling capability whatsoever.
Avoid buying one of these!!

Where do I begin, quite possibly the worst product I have ever been ripped off with. ITS A $10 fan described as a USA made portable AIR CON on their site but ITS NOT and its simply a CON. Dropped shipped cheap fan that actually heats up the house as apposed to cooling. The company keeps creating landing pages on GOOGLE to get new business. Please do not buy from this company and they have set up their own review site called bestconsumerreview.com Thats how they got me. Dont TRUST GOOGLE Sponsored links as they are a scam.

It’s just a fan and nothing more, all claims are false and deceptive, battery life is rubbish.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This product is a total scam, the ads showing frosty air gives one false hope that it will actually work. Highly priced and worthless, (foolishly) I bought 3 to cool my home. They do nothing, the amount of cooling achieved is not equal to the cheapest little desk fan from Temu

Very false advertising - only cool if it’s already cool and agree with other review it’s an ok desk fan but an expensive one!! Stay well clear it’s rubbish

False advertising at its best, and yes stupid me too. Desk fan, nothing more. Rubbish. Return policy allows me to return it, postage my cost. Contacted them, and said to save me shiping costs that they'd refund me US$8. I'll suck up the costs and send it back out of spite.

Coldeez Cooling Ace !!!!! They say and I quote “Next - Generation Cooling Technology” Shame on me for being so stupid and thinking a fan 30cm long and 3cm width would be a air conditioner, Because in there advertising pictures they portray it to be an air conditioner, But it’s just a little bloody fan! I paid $100 for it and it took 3 months to get delivered!!!!! Anybody and everybody don’t buy this piece of crap, It’s the same as having a little desk fan. I’m so pissed off 😡 🤬 😤

I ordered 3 of the Coldeez Cooling Ace as their promo and reviews seemed glowing. I was so excited to receive this product as I felt it could solve the cooling issue in my house. Finally they arrived this morning, packaging was not branded and the fan settings are weak and do not do what their website claims, so disappointing. I have packaged them up for a return and hopefully a refund. There is no contact details on their website. I have contacted support through initial email though notice two different support email addresses. Don’t buy this product, waste of money and probably won’t get a refund cos there is no return address. This is an outright scam and should not even be considered as one of the top ten cooling devices. Don’t buy from overseas, buy local. Update, I paid to have the Coldeez shipped back to China, Support said that as soon as they received they would refund. They did initially offer me $15.00 refund on a $287 purchase which I rejected, however, parcel arrived in China 13/01/2025, have not heard back from them at all.
