Coldseal Eco upgrades FINALLY come out 2day , with the director , n fitter, n lorriane??
They have now said that this is excepable workmanship.
Im now waitin for them 2 send Certass..

Please think twice before using this company. My friend had all 7 windows in her property replaced and her front door and when I saw it’s a bodge job I’m being generous. The windows haven’t been sealed on the inside, there’s a massive gap in the seal outside, beading is missing and a chip in the glass and that’s just the issues with the windows. The front door has dropped that much it sometimes takes 2 people to open and close, have to force the handle up to lock it and unlocked can be just as difficult which means this is a hazard in the case of a fire in her properly, the glass in the front door has not been sealed properly. The doors and windows were only fitted 4 montjs ago and she’s still trying to get this company to rectify these issues. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this company and give your money to someone that will actually do the job properly

Fantastic at fitting windows . However, aftercare of customers not so good. Six months on and I'm still waiting of a guarantee to be sent out!!. Contacted Lorraine numerous times, messages and calls, also contacted company numerous times and no ones contacted me back. All that's needed is a letter putting in an envelope.

Lorraine is amazing she kept us updated from start to finish lads that fitted windows and door very good polite and friendly windows been in 2 year's October love the colour to had the door to match and the surveyor that came out was excellent would recommend them

I don’t usually recommend trade people; you could count the number of recommendations on one hand. Coldseal Eco Upgrade is now one of them. they did everything they I required and a little bit more besides right from the initial contact to the fitting.
Big thank you to Lorraine for organizing everything, JT and Steve, the surveyor. We were the first job that day and the two fitters were bang on time and worked until the job was completed without taking a break.
They were very friendly, careful and clean & tidy, and did a brilliant job Big thank to the fitters Andy & Paul you did a great job, thank you

The window fitters Andy and Paul did a great job fitting my windows and doors,friendly and courteous.

The only criticism i have with Coldseal Eco is that nobody has been in touch to inquire if everything went Well.

Since the serious problem getting in touch with them now seems to have been resolved I’m happy to report their service has been excellent.

From start to finish the service provided was fantastic. Lorraine is a great advisor and a credit to the businesses. She was very professional and also had great people skills, not pushy like previous experiences I have had with sales people, In fact I canceled previous companies on the basis of their sales delivery that were over pushy, demanding and over priced. Lorraine explained the process and gave various options and most importantly considered primarily safety in terms of 2 of my grandchildren 3 months and 2 years. The fitters turned up on time and were very friendly and professional completing the job to a high finish. Overall very stunning and has had had several positive comments from neighbors and random passer by people! One further positive note which is incredible is the reduction in my energy bill at a whopping £250 pounds a month less on heating and electricity I hvae the statements to proof this as no need for the central heating to be on at all times in this 100 year old terrace house, so over time a massive saving which will get me a long deserved new car something I did not expect for quite some time. I would recommend this company 100%

This company has literally saved us from having frostbite!!

We had a company that fitted new windows however they completely messed it up.

We were absolutely desperate to be warm in our bedroom again.

Andy has done an amazing job at rectifying the mess that was created by another company, we were told that the window couldnt be fixed and we would need a whole new frame however when Andy came round to quote he was confident it could be fixed.

Nothing was too much trouble, he has done an amazing job and we are so so happy with the windows, he even re-sealed our patio doors and our front door.

Communication was spot on!

Honestly can’t thank the guys enough for all you’ve done.

We’l definitely be using this company again!!

Not only for customer service, but quality of the product.
Coldseal came to the rescue for us when the company we went with for our porchway refused/were unable to fix the leaking roof of the porchway they installed.
Coldseal went above and beyond for us and managed to get it resolved within weeks.

Their communication is great and Lorraine is just lovely!

Great and efficient service the team worked a long day on our project replacing all the glass in an oak framed building, but we are really pleased with the outcome.

7 double glazed windows fitted, all as specified and with a minmum of disruption. Use their own fitters, which is very reassuring, and they were pleasant to have around. Job completed quickly and thoroughly tidied up afterwards. Highly recommended for quality work and value for money.

Excellent workmanship and very efficient I would recommend this company without hesitation, great attention to detail very and informative throughout the fit, The fitters left the job clean and tidy I just love my new door.
