Josh was extremely helpful!!!

Josh was extremely helpful in helping me order my new sauna. He was patient and made it so easy and quick to purchase this and was able to confirm rural delivery which is sometimes hard for us who live outside of a big city. He honored the sale price and answered all my questions so I would feel comfortable and confident in a large purchase for our house! Excited to get in and gain all the benefits of this sauna!!

Over-promise and under-deliver.

Poor service and lack of follow-through

Does not perform as advertised

Required repeated contact to address the same unresolved issues

No accountability taken at any stage

Ongoing problems remain unresolved despite multiple attempts to seek support

Escalation requests were ignored or delayed

I had high expectations based on the sales process, but the post-purchase experience has been consistently disappointing. This product/service has not delivered on its claims, and the lack of ownership from the company has made resolution unnecessarily difficult.

Josh from Coldture made this experience easy as possible! He was quick to answer all my questions, professional, diligent, and overall a good person! We need more people like Josh out there making you feel taken care of. Thank you again Josh! Very excited to get this sauna in my house!

terrible company to work with

terrible company to work with, first i had bad delays on the initial chiller shipping to my house just a few provinces over, then it shortly stopped working, they then sent me a new chiller which they tested and confirmed worked but it did not, after months (and now a year) of back and forth emails and text and video calls they sent me back and forth from person to person, eventually we determined hard water is the issue (chiller stops working 3-7 days after use due to flow rate issues) and leron assured me i’d be send a water filter for my hose, a new chiller, and everything would be sorted out for me as they valued the customer more then money, i have not been able to get ahold of leron since this, they now send me from person to person AGAIN, so i had enough, said i wanted a refund, but guess what?? i can’t because it’s out of the “refund period” even though i didn’t get a working chiller

Exceptional service is what separates…

Exceptional service is what separates companies in today's multitude of social media offers and direct import internet services. I invested into the Coldture system two years ago and had trouble with my chiller unit just as the guaranty had expired. The company took in my unit, repaired it and sent it back free of charge. They understood that my 4000$ investment and the way I used my unit should last more then two years. They could have turned a blind eye. They could have said, back luck really and sorry for this but thats that! They did the opposite and understood my claim and repaired the unit. The change in function was immediate. I saw right away the repair had made a significant change in how it worked. Coldture has secured my confidence in them as a provider of this type of product. I know each dollar invested in their systems will be met with serious and diligent after sales services. Thanks everyone at Coldture, you guys rock!

Coldture is the best

The Coldture team made the entire process—from purchase to delivery to installation—so easy and seamless. Even when we weren’t sure what we were doing, they provided helpful videos and even hopped on a video call to walk us through everything and answer our questions! Excellent Customer Service

Gad was excellent to deal with. We had a little snafu at the beginning of the process but in the end Coldture came through and delivered on their warranty and product quality. I'm an avid plunger and very happy with the experience. There were some pieces missing with chiller and he was available by phone to rectify the situation without hesitation. If I had a company I would arrive to have this level of customer service!

Amazing customer service

The product itself is excellent, but I was compelled to share a review (not something I normally do) to share some appreciation for the amazing customer service I experienced. The day after my tub was delivered, I got a call from Mark at Coldture who was checking in to see if I was happy with the order. He also got on facetime and helped me with setup, and just was extremely helpful all around. I was kind of amazed by the level of care and felt like it deserved to be acknowledged.

Their 100% refund. No questions asked... is a joke!

I purchased one of their chiller unit and bath attachment for my wife's birthday as a surprise. Unfortunately she has no use for it. 

When I inquired about returning the unit and attachment I was told that I would be responsible for a 30% restocking fee as outlined in their return policy. The funny thing is that you return policy only refers to a 15% restocking fee!!! 

Regardless of their return policy, I thought I was entering a risk free transaction because of their "Worry-free plunging for 30 days. Try Coldture for 30 days. If you don't love it. Get a 100% refund. No questions asked." claim. So much for honouring their claim...

I am embarrassed that this company is Canadian.

It shouldn’t take 4 months to receive a sauna that you spend thousands on. Everyone… it is not worth the wait time and stress and anxiety

Highly Recommend Coldture Wellness

Coldture has incredible customer service, excellent prices and a superior high-end product. Customer experience - great sales team

In working to upgrade my cold tub set up the sales team at ColdTure could not have been more patient and kind.

They answered every question I had. Thanks!
Looking forward to my new set up.

Edit #1: I was waiting for a ship notice so I followed up with ColdTure, 8 days post purchase. Well, after a few reps gave me the stock answer I spoke with the sales rep. I found out the unit I ordered is on back order for two weeks....which I was not told when I ordered.

Edit #2: Item received.

I have had it about one month, it is an upgrade from a drop stitch tub with chiller.

Pros: Clean look, insulated cover, rotomolded tub with insulation, components covered, timer (to shut on/off) via control panel not in an app, temps from 37-105F.

Con: Communications around shipping
